“Delicious ice cream and the place is very clean. However, the staff behind the counter could really benefit from customer service training. The young man did not greet me until I specifically asked for help, which left a negative impression. Management should focus on training their staff rather than simply leaving them at the counter.“

“Service was fine. No inside seating and only ONE outside table, and in the sun. I get the no inside eating, each one is different, but have more than one table. The day before we were in Ticonderoga NY and you could dine in spaced. But I guess no inside eating means you don’t need as many employees.“
