The building and its grounds are amazing, the brewery its self is gorgeous. Attention to detail is above par in all aspects. The Brewery room and tap room one of the best i've seen. The upstairs in sophisticated and approachable. The husband and wife owners are wonderful and they way they attend to their guests and bar none. I highly recommend this place. “I had to review on Facebook because I already posted a Google review. I am obsessed with this place and the staff and the food. I came two nights in a row for my birthday (one night with family and the other night with friends). My waitresses were Mia and Jade. They were sensational!!! Mia was amazing and remembered I ordered the chocolate dipped strawberries for the next evening and made sure to have them prepared and ready to go. Jade went above and beyond for my birthday bringing me beautifully decorated plates. They made my birthday weekend so special!! I miss the Darien location in the sense that it wasn’t this easily accessible haha. They will get tired of seeing my face (especially at happy hour!)“

I also ordered the cowboy burger from the food truck. Bbq sauce, bacon, jalapeños, cheese, crispy fried onions and a side of French fries. The wings were good and they served a lot!

“My sister and I went there last night. Everything was excellent, from the food, service and environment. Our waitress Keri was extremely friendly and helped us pick a beer, kept coming by to make sure we were enjoy our first visit.

The general manager Joseph walked by and spoke asked us how was everything, we mentioned that was our first time there and he recommended one their homemade beers.

After we finished we headed to to the roof top where we had the red and white sangria, sat there to get the feel of everything. We will definitely be going back when we have our sister date again.“

“Most places serving ramen are playing dress-up—neon signs, loud playlists, menus bloated with bullshit designed to photograph well and taste like nothing. The Loop by Hachiroku doesn’t have time for that.
This place cooks like it has something to prove—and backs it up. The broth comes out swinging: deep, aggressive, built with patience and a refusal to cut corners. It clings to the noodles the way it should, coating every bite with real flavor, not that watered-down, tourist-friendly nonsense you get in half the spots calling themselves “ramen bars.”
And the noodles? They’ve got backbone. Bite. Resistance. The kind of texture that tells you someone in that kitchen actually gives a damn—maybe even loses sleep over it. Every element feels earned, not assembled.
There’s no safety net here. No pandering. No soft edges to make it “accessible.” It’s focused, a little brutal, and completely unapologetic.
Frankly, New Haven has no business being this good at ramen—but here it is, quietly embarrassing places in bigger cities that should know better.
Eat here before it gets ruined by hype. Or don’t. More for the rest of us.“

“my wife and I were looking at places to go, There was Doma, Pasta Cosi, LaMonacos,Goodfellas, Cava, so many other places , But we optioned for Rossittos, and asking Branford locals they gave some mixed reviews, I made reservations for valentines day, We were looking forward to it, And then we Arrive, Its like a Noisy Bar as soon as u walk in , We were seated in the Back along a long wobbly bench seat Next to a filthy wall with an oil pipe coming out, We ordered, The wait staff was extremely slow, I get it , It was busier than they probably ever are considering the occasion, No excuse, we ordered cacio e pepe, And a Lasagna Simple, Casio Pepe which is supposed to be done with Romano Cheese and Black Peppercorns , And pasta Water to form the Gravy.....over Bucatini which is a hollow pasta Well what I got was Brown Butter and someone's leftovers in a Bowl The portion was literally 3/4 eaten when I got it, I immediately asked waitress what the hell is this, she ignored me and walked away, The waitress comes by after almost 30 minutes of it sitting on my table and uneaten, and asks how was everything and is something wrong, I explained that situation, and this is not what I ordered, Couldnt be, We sat next to a couple who ordered Pasta and the Portion was Very Large and looked delicious, Then mine shows up which is literally 2 fork full of pasta in a bowl with This gross looking Brown Buttery sauce and Green parsley I have Many Photos, the waitress asked what I wanted her to do and I was mortified and quipped Bring me what I ordered for 26 dollars , she said We just want to make ya happy sarcastically , I said there is Nothing you can do to make me happy, But bring us the check she did 45minutes later and it was 89 dollars For a lasagna and Cacio e pepe, one soda and a martini, I added it came out to 61 dollars so where is the additional 28 dollars, we paid , Said nothing No Tip and left, Never will I ever Return I guess they charge extra for someone else's Leftovers the kid forgot to wrap!....“
