“My family and I love this place we just wish there was more consistency with opening hours times even on the days that they are open at 1:45 you will drive up to the window and they will say they are closed. I honestly just see way too young unsupervised staffing with little or no consideration for business. I gave this business 5 stars only because of the food and I understand how reviews hurts businesses but if I would rate it overall it would not have been 5 stars bc it’s very frustrating keeping up with when they are open when the drive thru is closed when they are out of bagels it’s a hit and miss.“

I stopped in today on a busy Saturday, I was struggling a bit with my baby nephew. 2 staff immediately noticed and started playing with and talking to him while I got myself together. Another staff member saw how overwhelmed I was and brought over some ice water and kept checking in on us. “We went to Micro Creamery this weekend and it was delightful! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the ice cream. Good customer service is hard to find these days! The ice cream was delicious! They had several flavors to choose from. It was hard to decide on just one. The atmosphere is modern and cute! “We recently attended a New Haven high school reunion at Lost In New Haven Museum. The Olde World Pizza Truck was hired to serve 70 people. The food and service was excellent. Everybody in attendance commented how good the experience was. The staff was friendly and professional, serving different pies on a timely basis. The salad and Gelato was a nice added touch. There was plenty of extra pizza for the people to take home. All trash was cleared, no extra work. I highly recommend this company.“

“Been twice. Food is consistently phenomenal across a variety of dishes. Staff is warm and friendly. Not korean, but seems very authentic to me. The banchan is good and comes fast. The Japchae is my current favorite dish.

There was no wait and the kitchen is not slow.“

“Ordered: slice of cheese pizza and a meatball sub with fries. I have been wanting to get pizza while in Connecticut and finally made it happen. I enjoyed my slice of cheese and wished I had gotten more than one slice. The meatball sub made me forget about wanting more pizza. Excellent toasted bread, the meatballs were sizable and the sauce and cheese were good. If you follow me then you know I like spicy so I’d recommend getting a cup of hot sauce to put on your pizza and to add to the sub, but even without hot sauce the food is great! The fries were crispy outside and a nicely cooked soft inside. I would recommend to all, they also have a regular restaurant aside from their vegan menu as part of their business so if you bring non vegan friends they can have whatever they want. “1st visit. Ordered take out & grabbed a coffee during the brief wait. Service was efficient & friendly. Establishment was clean & welcoming. I deeply appreciate that they offer tofu. We ordered the “Vito” swapping chicken out for tofu & the “Cypress Garden” sandwiches… both were delicious. The prices were reasonable for the high quality of the ingredients. One was $10 the other $12 & this price even included choice of side: pasta salad, apple or chips. We chose the lemon basil pasta salad & it was just as delicious as the sandwich’s. “If it were not for Alisha, I doubt this experience would be notable or memorable. On the surface, this is just a regular diner, a place I stopped by while hungry. I entered with no expectations. However, Alisha was beyond incredible. She was attentive, caring, patient (I take a while to read the menu) (it's a problem), and always there when we needed her. She made me feel like I was her only table on a busy Saturday morning, even though I could see how busy she was you'd never tell by her service. The food was fine. But Alisha was exceptional. I don't think I would have considered returning, but having her as my server, they can definitely expect me again (as long as she's serving). Very diner. I've never left a review before, but she was so incredible it had to be known.“

My dog devoured her birthday treat (tail wags of approval!), and my mom and I were equally impressed. “my wife and I were looking at places to go, There was Doma, Pasta Cosi, LaMonacos,Goodfellas, Cava, so many other places , But we optioned for Rossittos, and asking Branford locals they gave some mixed reviews, I made reservations for valentines day, We were looking forward to it, And then we Arrive, Its like a Noisy Bar as soon as u walk in , We were seated in the Back along a long wobbly bench seat Next to a filthy wall with an oil pipe coming out, We ordered, The wait staff was extremely slow, I get it , It was busier than they probably ever are considering the occasion, No excuse, we ordered cacio e pepe, And a Lasagna Simple, Casio Pepe which is supposed to be done with Romano Cheese and Black Peppercorns , And pasta Water to form the Gravy.....over Bucatini which is a hollow pasta Well what I got was Brown Butter and someone's leftovers in a Bowl The portion was literally 3/4 eaten when I got it, I immediately asked waitress what the hell is this, she ignored me and walked away, The waitress comes by after almost 30 minutes of it sitting on my table and uneaten, and asks how was everything and is something wrong, I explained that situation, and this is not what I ordered, Couldnt be, We sat next to a couple who ordered Pasta and the Portion was Very Large and looked delicious, Then mine shows up which is literally 2 fork full of pasta in a bowl with This gross looking Brown Buttery sauce and Green parsley I have Many Photos, the waitress asked what I wanted her to do and I was mortified and quipped Bring me what I ordered for 26 dollars , she said We just want to make ya happy sarcastically , I said there is Nothing you can do to make me happy, But bring us the check she did 45minutes later and it was 89 dollars For a lasagna and Cacio e pepe, one soda and a martini, I added it came out to 61 dollars so where is the additional 28 dollars, we paid , Said nothing No Tip and left, Never will I ever Return I guess they charge extra for someone else's Leftovers the kid forgot to wrap!....“
