“I hired Jimmie for my wedding which was in June. He was very responsive and easy to work with leading up to the big day. He was in communication with my wedding planner because we were having some concerns about the other food truck we booked. Literally during ceremony, we found out our second food truck was not coming. Jimmie called his wife and sister-in-law who immediately drove up to our venue (which is an hour drive from most) to assist him in feeding our whole wedding party. Jimmie stepped up and handled the situation so smoothly , we are so grateful for him. & the pizza was absolutely amazing. Big Mac Pizza!!! He had a variety of pizzas out all night which the guests still rave about. We cannot thank him enough for saving our wedding...without him we would have been without food for our 90 guests.“

“This was simply the best experience we could have imagined. They were super easy to deal with to set our event up. On the day of our event the staff arrived and literally took care of everything. The pizza was outstanding and everyone couldn't stop talking about how delicious it was. The staff was top notch, super friendly and made sure everyone was enjoying the pizza. They also cleaned up everything before they left. A 10/10 experience. Will definitely use them again in the future.“

“My wife and I just got married here this past weekend (09/03/23). Right front the start Kayleigh was amazing, got right back to us answering all of our crazy questions. She was on point durning all the months of preparation. We met Jose, banquet manager, at our private taste testing. Wonderful. After we ate he sat with us and answered every question we had. A week before the wedding, we brought all of our decorations to them. We met Kayleigh and Jose. They went threw all of our stuff and labeled so there were no mistakes. We set up how we wanted things and Jose took pictures so he would know. The day before the wedding we had the rehearsal. Sorta disorganized. We knew there was another wedding, but we were told to get there at a certain time so it wouldn’t be an issue. Had to move to a different area because it was an issue. Didn’t want my fiancé to know, but I was getting nervous about the wedding day. The next day we arrived for the wedding. As soon as we got there we were greeted by Ivan. He was absolutely superb!! He made that night perfect. He got us food, he always asked us if everything is ok and even went to the bar for us!!! He was amazing. The ceremony through the end of the reception flowed perfect. Right on with everything. If there were issues, which I don’t believe there was, they handled them perfect. Every single person that attended told us how beautiful the place was and that it was one of the best weddings they have ever been to. At the end of the night, Ivan packed up all the left over food for us. Told us to go and enjoy the rest of the evening and come back tomorrow for all your stuff. The next day we went to get all of our stuff and it was perfectly packaged, set aside for us. There are so many places out there that charge a fortune and it is just ok. This is the opposite, the pricing was fair, and you get 10 times more than what you paid for. Very Highly Recommended!“

“Lots to try here, breakfast, dinner and pizza. Tried breakfast here, everything was standard breakfast, nothing really stood out. Did I have everything on the menu, no. One bad thing, not a fan of the French toast at all, no flavor and when cut into, it was white bread through and through, nothing soaked in. It was funky and bad. Dinners here during the week are really cool. Keep in mind it's just a deli and not lots of seating. I had the prime rib with garlic mashed and veg. All were really good at a reasonable price and meals are available to go. I had pizza here twice now cuz I was impressed the first time. Thin crust with pepperoni, was really good . Went back for just a cheese, and I'm seeing some things and would caution the bussiness. There is a difference in thin crust as a style of pizza versus making the biggest profit using the least ingredients . Cheese was sparse as well as sauce. Workers are really nice here, kind of a cheers vibe here , everybody knows your name“

“I had my daughter’s baby shower on March 9 2024 Sylvana was a wonderful person to work with she made sure the table settings were according to the theme. Gave us enough time to decorate before the event. The food and pastries were great all the guests raved about it. I recommend Cascade I give it 5 stars“

“The food is delicious. I personally like the fries (good blend of spices that's tasty but not too spicy), mozzarella sticks, and chicken tenders. My wife loves the potato skins and burgers. We usually get takeout with curbside pickup and the food is ready really fast with great service.“

“I had them cater a family Christmas party. Staff was very courteous and helpful placing the order and determining amount we needed for number of guests. Pick up was prompt,everything was ready and hot boxes they have for transport worked great. Personally I thought the food was very good,we had chicken stuffed with spinach,cavatelli Bolognese and stuff filet of sole ,mixed veggies,salad. The overwhelming majority liked the food,couple of complainer but can't please everyone. Overall it was a very positive experience and I'd use them again if and when I'm involved in planning a event.“

The egg sandwich was so delicious with bacon and caramelized onions on pumpernickel bread. It was amazing... And I'm definitely coming back. “Bourassa came to the rescue to cater our wedding at the Wadsworth Atheneum after a bad experience with our first caterer. Working with them was a dream. All communication was prompt and straightforward from our first interaction to the day of our wedding. They even sent us a thank you card after we selected them as our caterer, which was a nice, personal touch! They were flexible and willing to work with us to customize the menu and the food was incredible (definitely get the mac and cheese appetizer)! Everyone from our event coordinator, Nikki, to the chefs, owner, and the event staff were so professional and delightful to work with. They were so attentive and detail-oriented on the day of; someone even followed us around with a plate of apps during cocktail hour to ensure we had a chance to eat! We can't thank them enough. Our wedding wouldn't have been the same without them!“

“SKBT catered out backyard wedding for 72 guests, effortlessly in the pouring rain this past weekend. The service from the first planning stages was outstanding. They transformed our home into a wonderland when we had to move indoors for cocktail hour. The grazing tables were fantastic, artfully displayed and so enticing! The dinner was cooked onsite , fresh and delicious. If a caterer can prepare halibut and keep it moist and tasty , you know you are onto a good thing! I cant recommend SKBT highly enough.“

“Went to Stellato's Deli today to grab lunch. Ended up ordering the 3.1 Panini, chicken was tender, thin sliced prosciutto with tomato, mozzarella and pesto. Great sandwich, full of great flavors , hit the spot. First time visit, will be back. Plenty of free parking in front of Deli.“
