“Every time I go into this location to attempt to sit and enjoy my drink, it’s always so uncomfortably cold at this location that’s why I only gave 2 stars for atmosphere. I have to wear my coat while I have my drink and my drink gets so cold by the time I start to drink it. Also, not sure why my iced drinks always have so much ice even though I indicate “light ice” on my order. Other than these 2 issues, this location has friendly helpful baristas for an inviting atmosphere.“
“My husband & I were on a road trip & popped in for bathroom break & caffeine fix- the staff was great, very helpful & nice. Mocha expresso was great, food choices a little too fancy for a quick snack, but I'm not usually a Starbucks eater, love the expresso, though.“
“It's not necessarily the staff's fault that some customers decide to be on the phone speaker, either while waiting for their order or while enjoying it as they sit at the table. However, the manager should be allowed to say something to these folks. Inclusion, since Starbucks is all about that, shouldn't mean that every rude person out there deserves the perks of a business like this.“
