“Been here a few times now and have tried something different each time I have yet to be let down. Food is amazing, friendly staff and a great location to stop and grab a quick bite. Highly recommend this place definitely one of my favorites now.“

“I came in 7 minutes before they closed, told them I knew it was late and was fine if they just wanted to go home, as I could only imagine the frustration of someone last minute. They said it was okay and took my order, nothing big just two items and verified with them it was alright to be ordering extras like fries that late. Turns out they had two people call out and so it seemed to just be 3 of them holding down the fort. Anyways tipped them in cash and thanked them. As for the food?
Burger? BOMB.
Fries? BOMB.

Don’t come in late like I did though, they don’t deserve that, tip them they definitely deserve that.

“i go to this location regularly as i am a taco bell superfan. every visit is beyond pleasant, the staff is friendly and you can tell they work very hard, and my order is always correct and fresh. never a long wait, even when they get busy they are excellent at getting through the line quickly and still not compromising quality or customer service. every employee is very nice but i do have to shout out my girl Melissa, she’s truly the best.“

“I have been there a few times recently over a couple of weeks for Dinner. The app to order and employees there are fantastic and the expiditing of my order have been great.

BUT, the dining room area needs effort. Each time I have visited this restaurant, toward the evening, there is food underneath the tables, on the dining room floor, used french fries container from previous customers and the tabletops (each different one that I sat at) are dirty and sticky. Each one that I sat at I had to use several napkins as a buffer between my food and the tabletops.

I DID NOT want to take images to embarrass their management team and McDonald's but this location needs to get their act together with their dining room area when it comes to cleanliness, a decent image and for consumers who prefer to eat at your location of McDonald's

What an excellent location right off Rte 395.

Very disappointed.

I was in town for work in Norwich Connecticut and I really believe that most management teams recognize that responding correctly is very important for a Business as with the McDonald's in Norwich, Connecticut on Salem Turnpike.

“They are open again after renovations!! Looks fresh and very clean. Really like the new look! We have been to this Subway many times and it is usually a good/normal experience. The quality of food and service one would expect at any other fast food place. I do have to say this time l got better service, which is a great sign they are trying to improve! Give them a try :)“
