“I came in 7 minutes before they closed, told them I knew it was late and was fine if they just wanted to go home, as I could only imagine the frustration of someone last minute. They said it was okay and took my order, nothing big just two items and verified with them it was alright to be ordering extras like fries that late. Turns out they had two people call out and so it seemed to just be 3 of them holding down the fort. Anyways tipped them in cash and thanked them. As for the food?
Burger? BOMB.
Fries? BOMB.
Don’t come in late like I did though, they don’t deserve that, tip them they definitely deserve that.
Thanks again ya’ll.“

“I recently had the pleasure of enjoying some food from Encabto Scoop at the Docks Restaurant for an event, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of phenomenal! The highlight of the meal was undoubtedly the amazing birria tacos. Each taco was bursting with flavor, featuring tender, juicy meat that was perfectly seasoned and paired wonderfully with fresh toppings. Another standout dish was the pastelón, which was simply divine. This delightful Puerto Rican casserole, made with layers of sweet plantains, savory ground beef, and melted cheese, was a true comfort food at its best. The sweetness of the plantains perfectly balanced the richness of the meat, creating a harmonious blend of flavors that left everyone craving more. The texture was spot-on, with the plantains providing a soft yet slightly crispy layer that made each bite a joy. The street corn was another favorite. It was rich and creamy, with just the right amount of sweetness, making it a delightful addition to the meal. The rice and beans complemented the tacos and pastelón beautifully, providing a hearty and satisfying base that rounded out the flavors on the plate. What truly impressed me was the attention to detail in the presentation. Each dish was beautifully arranged, making it not only a feast for the taste buds but also for the eyes. Guests from all over the United States and Puerto Rico enjoyed the food, and many liked, followed, and shared their experiences on social media, which is a testament to how much everyone loved it! The team at Encabto Scoop clearly put a lot of thought into the entire experience, from the flavors to the aesthetics. Overall, I can’t recommend Encabto Scoop at the Docks Restaurant enough. If you're looking for delicious food that leaves a lasting impression, this is definitely the way to go!“
