“Hands-down the best Italian food I have ever had—and I do not say that lightly. I would absolutely drive 8 hours just to eat here again. That’s how good it was. I started with the burrata appetizer, served with baby arugula, fire-roasted red peppers, and prosciutto. Fresh, creamy, perfectly balanced. For entrées, I had the linguini with veal meatballs and I also tried the pan-seared scallops over cheese ravioli, with baby spinach, sun-dried tomatoes and wild mushrooms. This dish alone deserves its own standing ovation. This is the kind of place that reminds you what really good Italian food is supposed to taste like. So if you’re anywhere near Southbury or honestly anywhere in Connecticut, go. And if you’re 8 hours away like me? Still go. It’s worth it“

“I don’t think I’ve ever had a buffalo chicken salad as good as this one. Everything tasted fresh, all the products in the salad. They also served it with bread and butter which came out steaming hot and also tasted like homemade bread. Really was spectacular food.“

“Stopped by for the first time after catching Spider-Man at Riverview Cinemas, and we are so glad we did! Grabbed a couple of slices each—the pizza was delicious and the place was spotless. Beyond the great food, the staff made our visit special; some employees eating lunch next to us kindly shared a plate of their delicious Mexican food with us. Incredible hospitality and great pizza. “We live in Oakville and we have been getting our take out from Paradise for over 15 years. We just love everything there. We are never disappointed. They have saved us on many occasions with their party pizza, which is so reasonably priced. My kids would always have a lot of friends over, we can feed everyone and not break the bank. Dave and his staff are so friendly. We are actually on a first name basis because I am in there so often. The delivery drivers are awesome. If you haven't tried their food, please do.“

“I used to come here alot when I lived in the west end but it took my son asking for it after trying it with a friend to return after st least 15 years and it's still one of the best Greek style pizza places around. Great traditional atmosphere including the rotary push button juke boxes still functional at most booths i remember playing as a kid in the 80's lol. “We absolutely love coming to Bristol Pizza! The food is almost always spot on for taste! The waitresses & waiter are usually attentive and get us anything we need. During this most recent visit, I really wish the AC was better. Although it was high nineties this past week, I expected they'd have the ac or even the ceiling fans going, but they only had fans at certain spots. Thankfully the food made up for that! :)“
