“I tried Lakewood pizza for the first time today and I definitely will order again and again and again and again. I had a chicken cutlet grinder and mozzarella sticks, and everything was fresh! the bread for the grinder was so good, it seemed like it was just baked and that just came out of the oven and the chicken cutlet on it was perfect and tasty and the lettuce and tomato was fresh and crisp. and oh my my, those mozzarella sticks are out of this world! tons of mozzarella cheese, which again I must say tasted so fresh and they were cooked to perfection, the outside was golden brown and crispy and then you pull it apart and the cheese just keeps coming and coming and you see how far you can stretch the cheese out before it's going to fall......LOL. “Let's start out by saying this is a real "Mom & Pop" type Italian pizza place. Prices are decent for the amount and quality of food and it's really a nice neighborhood place.that being said, the pizza was overcooked and the edges were burnt. Not enough to make it a deal breaker and I will try it again on another day to see if it's just a one off. But man oh man the chicken cutlet Parm was amazing. A huge portion, well breaded and moist while being full of flavor. Plenty of sauce but not enough to be sloppy or messy. “I had to take care of some things at the post office down town. I stumbled along this place by accident. Mind you I moved here from NYC 6 years ago. I'm very spoiled growing up and eating NYC pizza most of my life. Since my years here, I have tried many pizza shops claiming to have NYC pizza. It's just a big joke! I even challenge them. Anyway, this place is legit NYC pizza in not just Waterbury but the whole New Haven county. Huge delicious pizza that don't break and crumble when you fold them. They are hand tossed and not put in to like cake backing pans. Where it comes out all soggy! The mozzarella is white and gooey and not burnt orange. They are from NYC the owners and can tell they brought up their recipes with them! It's family owned and ran. The Family is so delightful. My absolute go to! Hands down best pizza in these part of the state.“
“My kids & I been going to Wooster many years.I first had their pizza when I was 14. Their food is good & plentiful.They have decent prices. They got a huge menu to pick from.I recommend them. “Writing this because I just realized we never reviewed you!We've been eating here for ages; pretty much as long as my family's been living here, which has been around 16 years and almost as long as I've been alive, we've enjoyed your pizza and other foods. My pizza tastes are admittedly boring, as I usually go with plain cheese, but yours remains my go-to. The rest of my family likes pizza, grinders and wings as well, which are also stellar. “The owners/workers of Fratellis are the best. While I do not know them personally but from ordering and it being our main pizza place. Tonight we encountered a huge mistake my son made ordering not only did they help correct the issue but we’re also very generous. The customer service is always with a smile and the wife is awesome also because she let's the kitchen know they are on a move with a little bit of Italy kick.
