I ordered a variety of dishes, and every single one was delicious. I especially recommend the Special Roll. The food is beautifully presented with great attention to detail, making the dining experience even more enjoyable.

“Delicious South East Asian/ Indonesian food in New Haven! I was with the group of friends from New York City visited the town. We’re recommended by our friends not to missed the place for dinner. The Beef Rendang absolutely must try, The ShrimpMee Goreng and The Beef Beehon Goreng are delicious and don’t miss The TOKA Curry. Service was good with Art inspired inside the restaurant. “My husband surprised me with a dinner gathering at Red Lotus. Immediately upon walking in we were greeted by two staff members and the owner Larry. Gary was our server who I must say was by far the best server we have ever had. Gary and Larry truly made us feel like we were the only ones there (they had a full house) the food was delicious we were a party of 8 and all had different plates none of us were disappointed with our food. The presentation of the plates were beautiful! Larry made sure to come to our table and assure we were satisfied with our food and service took time out to talk with us and build a relationship. Thank you Red Lotus from an amazing experience and phenomenal customer service.“

“I went to a Teriyaki Madness restaurant in Handen for the first time yesterday and it was a great experience. The food was delicious, healthy and fresh, and the best part was the service. The attendants, Chelsea, Amaya and Jenaya were simply wonderful. They helped us choose the best deal and order, and they were extremely friendly throughout the whole process. My family and I loved it and we will definitely recommend it.“

I'm from NYC/LI and have been to many many Asian/Chinese restaurants in my life and Harvest House makes the best Hot and Sour soup and Asian/Chinese food that I have ever eaten. My wife and I travel from Norwalk for this superb Asian/Chinese food. The restaurant is family owned and the owner is the Chef and his wife and children are often at the restaurant making it a very nice and warm atmosphere!“

“I got the Ma Po tofu ($12) and vegetable Thai fried rice ($12). Both were pretty good and the Ma Po had nice spice level; lower than what I would expect which made it easier to eat. The staff was very accommodating and their complimentary fried wonton strips are the best I’ve ever had.“

“One of the Best Japanese Restaurants in Connecticut if you love Sushi and Sashimi. The Spider roll made with fried soft shell crab is to die for!! My wife had the Dinner Bento Box with the Bento Chicken and loved everything. The service was outstanding. The prices are very reasonable and the portions generous. The soup or salad that comes with the meal is very good. We go to the best rated restaurants in Connecticut and NY. and if they were to improve their ambiance/atmosphere which is a little plain and make the restaurant more romantic it would be a destination restaurant and one of the best anywhere.“

“Haven’t been to the restaurant yet, just placed an online order for delivery. I ordered the tofu noodles, scallion pancakes, and Thai iced tea. And WOW it was delicious. I live in New Haven and get Thai food fairly often but it’s not often I am this impressed. The scallion pancakes alone are easily the best I’ve ever had. Just so rich and flavorful. And the tofu in the soup was perfectly tender, with the soup having a nice spicy flavor to it but also not too intense. I’m hoping to head to the actual restaurant now after such a delicious meal. Highly recommend!“
