“Very loud music. Lisa waited on me. I ordered 3 bacon snacks and was told I could get two. I looked puzzled. Then the girl said I can make you another but it will be hot. Ok? Why would they be a problem?
I am a long time Dunkin customer and used to ordering on the app. So usually my order comes right to be. While ordering my ice latte I asked to add a shot of espresso and almond milk. Not sure why she acted like that was an issue. But she did.
I think it’s great to have this at a rest area but the employees need to be a little nicer.
I mean after all I am a paying customer .
I think DD all over need to stop putting so much ice in the cup so you get 1/3 of the med cup of coffee. I’m not paying for ice.“

“I ordered my DoorDash and ofc forgot to put the only ketchup option because I am allergic to mustard. I couldn’t find a way to edit the food instructions through DoorDash knowing it was completely my fault because I forgot to say only ketchup. I called the restaurants store phone and Mario answered my call right away so friendly and respectfully. He never gave me any hard times or problems about my order and he was so understanding throughout the whole phone call. There arnt enough people in the world like him so he definitely deserves some credit where it is due because he just made my whole night ! ❤️“
