“Made reservations a few weeks out to ensure I was able to get a table for my 40th birthday dinner and my dads 65th dinner. Called and followed up after making the reservation to speak to someone about ordering desserts to celebrate and ensured not a problem. We were promptly sat. We had a party size change it was not an issue. However the rest of the meal was off the rails. We ordered drinks, soda was either flat or not the right flavor and took almost 15 minutes for drinks. Appetizers almost 25 minutes to come Luke warm at best. Manager came to the table after app plates sat on the table for about another 20 minutes to ask how our entrees were. Said don't know we hadn't gotten them yet. Instead of going to check the kitchen about them he kept on his table visits. After almost an hour and twenty minutes I find another manager about our meals. He says he will look into it. The original manager comes to the table to tell my dad that since he ordered medium well it was going to be a few more minutes . We finally get our food and it was stone cold dead and had been sitting in the window so we send it back and he comes back out with a micowavee plate and acts like it's our fault when I tell him it's too late it had been too long at that point. They comped the check. Upon checking with the waitress on our way out I ask if they ever told her we were celebrating my 40th and my dad's 65th she said there was zero communication. MOD both made very poor chances to try to recover. If your using OT and your making your room and notice a table isn't on entrees after 60 minutes let alone 100 you obviously have much bigger issues. Really crappy experience after “one of the best rated in the area” after an hour drive away.“

“i delivered on a Friday night at 6pm. when i called i was told first that delivery would be an hour. seeing as cooking would also take me an hour, i persisted with my order. the phone call was easy and am grateful for the forewarning on the delivery time.i ordered a cheeseburger no tomato no lettuce no mayo. my boyfriend is picky and would get upset if he ended up not enjoying his meal. he also got onion rings. i got a chicken cutlet club sandwich with french fries. delivery was only 35 minutes max. the driver was friendly. i had no problem tipping her, she was serving with a smile in the pouring rain. food came hot and cheap. my boyfriend ate his whole plate and im looking forward to finishing my sandwich off tomorrow. will be ordering again!“

“Not enough staff. We ordered 2 pizzas and after 20 minutes had to ask how our order was going. She checked and realized she had not put the order in. They completely burnt one of the 2 pizzas and served it to us. Then asked “ I guess you want me to make another pizza” . YES! We were starving by that time. No apologies or discount for the mistake. Thank goodness the music was fun.
