“great food and fast service“
“Here for a wedding. Wedding and bar service, app service was outside in a beautiful setting. Service was slightly understaffed. Dinner was inside and served buffet style, which often leaves much to be desired. Not this time, it was superb. Halibut was perfectly cooked as was everything else. Sauces were delicious as well.
It was a beautiful occasion and the Benjamin complemented the event.“

“My husband and I tried Bora Restaurant for the first time last night. It was excellent!! The food was delicious, the decorations were beautiful, the atmosphere was warm and cozy, all of the staff that we encountered were young but surprisingly all so very well mannered, polite and very nice!! Our waiter was Alton, he did a wonderful job and always addressed my husband as Sir. We would definitely recommend this restaurant!!“

“Had a lovely dinner with my wife. Mid-week and late so it wasn't super crowded and the noise level was low, service was attentive, and the food was excellent. We each had nightly specials, she the lobster ravioli and I a short rib over mashed potatoes and Brussels sprouts with bacon sprinkled over. Both of us left very happy.“

“Loved the food and the anjo old fashion made by the amazing and very personable bartender Javier. Stopped in on a Sunday and left smiling. What a beautiful location and atmosphere. Will definitely be back because the bartender was so lovely. I meant what I said, great service, and great food deserves recognition.

“I had a group of 15 people for my husband’s 60th birthday. We had a private room, the staff friendly and accommodating, the food was delicious! The portions were huge, everyone took home leftovers, plenty of food for two meals. Very reasonably priced! Highly recommend.“

“Everything was excellent, far exceeding our expectations. Cocktails were fantastic. The cheeseburger from the kids menu was a proper burger cooked exactly to medium. They did not skimp there which impressed me. The fries were easily some of the best fries I've ever had. Service was friendly and timely. Would definitely come back again.“

“I happen to stumble across this place on my way home from an event in New Canaan. Service was amazing everyone was so warm, welcoming, and attentive! I ordered the steak off the specials menu with the side of risotto it was hands down one of the top three steaks I’ve had.Definitely recommend“

“Have had dinner at The Arch previously each time everything was tasty and prepared well. My wife who's very particular was more than satisfied. In June my wife and I had our wedding at The Arch. We Highly Recommend , Zennel and his staff are professional. The chef definitely knows his way around the kitchen. The food, from appetizers, to desert, everything, was delicious. The entrees were perfect, the short ribs were to die for, no knife necessary. Our chocolate on chocolate wedding cake was incredible.“

We have any of number of diners we could go to for our weekly weekend breakfasts, but Mill Plain Diner is the one we choose.“

“We went for the second time on a Wednesday where they have the tasting menu with wine pairings and it was exquisite but a couple of the portions were very small, especially the scallops. But we look forward to doing it again well on the next special occasion.“
