“Stopped in this morning and ordered 2 dozen donuts, 2 bagels and 2 iced coffees. Prices are very reasonable, especially when compared to chain stores and for what you get. Their bagels and donuts are huge, fresh and very tasty. Staff is super friendly and provide superior customer service. Will absolutely come here again.“

“Today must be smile day as well, as national donut day. I came in to apply for a job but they informed me that other locations were hiring. As I sat to apply after receiving my butter pecan iced coffee and complimentary butternut donut, with a smile, great attitude, and observed customers leaving with smiles as well, as I enjoyed sitting down in the booth to enjoy my breakfast and applications. I'd definitely come back to this location. The ladies were outstandingly fabulous.“

“It wasn't busy until I was in line trying to decide what I wanted. I went with the whoopie donut. It was delicious! There was no confusion with My coffee request, which was awesome.I was there around 2 pm. There was a great crew of friendly workers.

Parking: It's in a strip mall next to other restaurants. I can see where it could be hard to find a parking space.“

“Came here 7 am with my father heading to the yard and I gotta say this place is great. It’s a small homy place, I had the cinnamon raisin bagel, with onion chives cream cheese bagel and a powdered jelly donut. The donut we purchased had a fresh and fluffy taste/feel. The bagel was toasted right, and the mocha coffee was tasty as well. A good balance of coffee and sugar!“

“Kudos to Victoria at South Cheshire Dunkin! Victoria is the friendliest dunkin employee I ever encountered. Always has a smile on when greeting at the drive up. “Great service and food the morning of 11/22/23. Asked for extra toasted bagel and hash browns. Where most DD throw the food in the microwave for 11 seconds and call it a day, this food was delicious and cared for. The man cooking the food had a great attitude and was helpful and courteous. “This place is organized but when a customer wave comes in it can be frustrating . Keep in mind this is a busy intersection and getting in and out of this location is easy. I came here in the midst of a customer wave and the manager was courteous but kept the line directed and moving at the same time. “I have been complaining about Dunkin Donuts at the corner of Rt66/17 for years to them and nothing comes of it. If you drive thru their drive thru after ordering food, when you get to the register, there is a small box outside the window that is supposed to tell you the price of your food, Since it has been broken for the past 5 years (and they are not fixing git) It read "NOTHING", so that is what you should pay for the food for. “Last 4 or more times going it has been completely awful! I go before work and order a PUMPKIN coffee, well one expects pumpkin in it NOT having it still taste regular yet for my large it said 1 pump pumpkin which it’s supposed to automatically be 4. I also had Skim milk and they put cream. This morning my Husband ordered and I got it back cold, no flavor, and leaking. Disgusting! You waiting forever in the drive though lately and even with the sticker on the coffee it comes out wrong and nasty. They need to pay attention to what the stickers say and make more coffee not serve cold or burnt coffee to people! Worst one in town and the other one hasn’t always been the best either but a bit better than that one.“

“My friend and I go here 3 to 4 times a week,depends on who's working. You can get great service or horrible service. Lucky for us it's usually the nice Hispanic woman working. The Indian lady is very rude and not welcoming. Come on, it's early morning.“
