“I have been coming here for years. Used to be a place where you sat down and ate. Now there aren't any tables which I get due to the area perhaps. The food is good, I love the chicken with fries. The service is always nice, just the area at night it ain't the best. But overall a great place to call, order your food, and grab it.“

“I hate that they slowly repeat your mobile order, even after you say no changes because you are running late for work. I'm probably the only one, but the whole point of using the mobile ordering is that I ensure my order is accurate and speeds up the process. I don't like to talk to people because of my disability, so mobile ordering has been a life saver so if someone says no changes, don't slowly read their order and ask if they would like to make any changes. Acknowledge I have already said as much as if I mattered.“

Anna stopped by my table, checked in on me, and we had a wonderful, friendly conversation—she truly embodies what great service looks like! “I think this must be a training issue because it’s new this year and happens every single time - I never get my drink. I order on the app and sit at a table. I get my food, and then they walk away. Once in awhile they bring me my drink, but usually not before I’m done with my food. This is at the least the fifth time this has happened here, maybe closer to the tenth.“

“Every time I order here the food is top tier. The hot honey 2.0 sandwiches are juicy, well seasoned, and incredibly crispy. They also have a homemade ranch dressing with fresh dill, it’s ridiculously good, so I always get extra. My kids love the chicken tender meal. Typical crinkle cut fries, but are always made perfectly. If you get the shake fried option they throw mild seasoning on them, and brings them up a level for sure. That code breaker heat level? NOT FOR THE WEAK. Overall? 5/5, I’ll always recommend this place. I actually have an Uber Eats order on the way here now.“

“The food was freshly prepared unlike the drive thru cashier's customer service skills. I ordered without stating I had a coupon she informed me I would need to reorder at the drive thru kiosk.
Although annoyed I circled back through the drive thru here's the kicker I forget to mention the coupon again, same cashier takes the coupon at the window.
What a waste of time and my Gas at $3.59 a gallon. Ugh“

“This is one of my favorite stops we call it the ranch house cuz that's what it used to be but the new guys are just as good I think they're Pakistani regardless thru make amazing fried chicken and unbelievable milk shake a real milk shake old school they make a wonderful grilled chicken and rice and salad they make my favorite boneless buffalo wings 6 or 9 piece my wife gets her fried Tilapia and there's a much bigger variety to fit it all in to this review but id definitely recommend it prices are very fair owners ate good people they've been in Hartford CT long time.“

“Honestly one of the best tasting chicken spots around. Was working across the street installing a natural service and decided to try it for lunch. The prices are good and the amount of food they give you is impressive. Everyone on the work crew loved it. Hell, it even the leftovers taste good cold the next morning lol 👍“
