“This is a decent dunkin' donuts. They are generally fast and accurate at the drive-thru. Same deal with going in - basically it's never busy and there's never anybody sitting there so you're always going to be able to take your time ordering and ensure you do it properly. Employees are generally helpful. The store is clean and well organized.“

“Shoutout to the morning crew who know me by name by now! I think a couple must have left but I’ve seen the employees deliver an older woman’s coffee outside to her so she didn’t have to walk in. I usually do mobile pick up but one time it was raining and the line for the drive thru was unusually long but after I told them I was picking up in the drive thru, someone actually came out and brought it to me instead of having me wait the line. That’s great customer service you don’t see anymore! Coffee baristas deal with a lot and little gestures like that always make me smile.“

“Excellent Coffee, great hospitality, and the niicest husband and wife team you will encounter. I used to be a regular there every morning before work, but I moved away and now I only stop in occasionally, but I make it a point to stop in. The owners Pete & Ms. Tina are awesome people. If the world had more people like them, it would definitely be a much better place. I highly recommend this place if you love good coffee and donuts, not to mention a great atmosphere.“

“Stopped in for the first time this morning and ordered a breakfast sandwich (bacon, egg, and cheese on an everything bagel) to go, and they did not disappoint. Very tasty. I am looking forward to exploring their other offerings. 🙂“

“I come to this Dunkin all the time to use the wifi for school work, Today I came in they greeted me not even - 1 second as I walked in the door. My food came out in under a minute, the donuts were fresh and my coffee was amazing. Megan I think who is the manager made it quick and accurately. Good job Guys!“

“They are always pleasant. I didn’t go
inside the facility; yet at the drive through- you can hear the laughter and positive interaction between employees while getting orders ready. From experience- it makes it a great environment for customers also.

Vegetarian options: Not sure about what level of vegetarian; no meat is always an option on many of the items as well as no dairy- if eggs are a no go then this might not be a place for a vegan.

Dietary restrictions: Unless you have a lot of allergies and have gluten sensitivity then this is always an option. Not sure what gluten free items are on the menu. Once you let the workers know about the allergies- they are very helpful.

Parking: This Dunkin is close to the highway next to a gas station and post office. So even if it’s busy- you can park at either place and walk over.

“This is my absolute go-to Dunkin. The ladies are amazing! They make my entire day. I love my DD but they are not all created equal. My coffee its always perfect and never bitter. I only go here mainly for my morning gals and they never disappoint. Michelle and Ash are my daily happy…. and the perfect coffee doesn’t hurt. :)“

“Most of the time a good experience. Today this location burned my bagel . i asked 4 a replacement and they gave me half. The manager gave me dirty looks. They charged me $2 for cream cheese. Bad customer service.“

Coffee is always made perfect and the staff are always super friendly (except one guy who works the drive thru, he just seems miserable all the time.) Just please stop microwaving your bagel sandwiches whole, it makes the bagel completely inedible and impossible to chew.“

“Awesome public pool to bring the kids. Pool ranges from toddler to adult. Plenty of spaces to park and areas to lay down a towel or a chair. Ice cream is an added bonus for cooling down. Public pool bathrooms, change rooms and showers is AWESOME“

“This is always my favorite Dunkin’. Iced coffee is always on point. Yesterday (Sunday) there was a really long drive through line and i didn’t have to wait longer than five minutes from the back of the line to driving away. They’re also always so cheery. Best Dunkin’ in the area for sure!“

“I work over by the mall so I often stop in here before my shifts. I place mobile orders and they’re always ready by the time I come in. But if they’re out of something then I interact with the staff, and that’s why I’m leaving this review. ALL STAFF are fast to help me, they’re ALL friendly, and energetic when im half awake and half coherent. Even though I live in Hartford, this is my new go to Dunkin for whenever I need a boost of energy before work. Going here is the best part of my morning, lol. I’ll never have to worry about running late to work because everything here is so in and out and that’s what keeps me coming back.

To everyone else, stop giving attitudes to them. They’re great at their job.“

“I was there this afternoon with my grandsons. one of them is autistic, location 503 Windsor ave Windsor Ct. The employees there were great, Hector and William took care of my grandson they were very kind and attentive to what he wanted i didn't even have to clarify the order. they went out of their way to make him feel welcome. I wish all DD had employees like them. I definitely recommend them 1000% ... this will be by far the best service I received in a long time. Thank guys for a great and kind service“

“A different DD messed up our orders, making iced teas with cream instead of coffee. We noticed on our ride and in passing, stopped at DD in Glastonbury. Staff there remade our coffees even though they are a different franchise. Very kind and great experience! Thanks :)“

“I go to this Dunkin just about every morning and today my mobile order got messed up and they took care of me as it went to a different store location as a regular my business has been earned. occasionally my order may get messed up but they didn't have to do what they did today and give me my normal order when it went to a different store. “First time i've ever been to this location and it was terrific. I have a slightly complicated order and they got it right from the start without complaining, It was amazing and very refreshing

I did not have anybody talk back or complain or talk under their breatj or any other numbers of things that i've experienced in other locations.

Parking: Plenty of parking though it wasn't busy when I was here

“This is a great dunkin! If I'm in the area it's the one I like to stop at. 1 they make the bagel twist perfect!! It's not over toasted and hard like other places. It comes out soft and hot and you can taste the cheddar cheese instead of burnt bread! 2 I walk in and haven't placed my order yet and they already have my 2 bagel twist hot and ready to go! Now that's service!! I don't know the guys name who does it but he's good! The entire staff is pretty good.“

“I had an amazing experience at Dunkin! The food is fast, delicious, and always fresh. The staff is incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming, making every visit enjoyable. Their prices are very reasonable, and the restaurant itself is spotless and well-organized inside.
But what truly impressed me was their kindness toward truck drivers. When I asked if I could park my truck in their lot for a rest until the early morning, they immediately said yes without hesitation. It’s rare to find a place that genuinely appreciates the hard work of truck drivers, and this simple gesture meant a lot to me.

“Had to wait just a couple of minutes for an order. however, when the server handed me the food and drinks the hot chocolate accidentally spilled all over my shirt and lap as well as my dog granted he was enthusiastically waiting for his treat as well.
