“I mean of you've been to one Dunks, you have been to them all. This location only had 2 employees working, so the drive through was a little sluggish. The staff were friendly, and I feel bad as I am sure they catch some attitude for the delays that are beyond their control. Inside is clean and looks like any standard Dunks.“

“This is always my favorite Dunkin’. Iced coffee is always on point. Yesterday (Sunday) there was a really long drive through line and i didn’t have to wait longer than five minutes from the back of the line to driving away. They’re also always so cheery. Best Dunkin’ in the area for sure!“

“I was there this afternoon with my grandsons. one of them is autistic, location 503 Windsor ave Windsor Ct. The employees there were great, Hector and William took care of my grandson they were very kind and attentive to what he wanted i didn't even have to clarify the order. they went out of their way to make him feel welcome. “Awesome public pool to bring the kids. Pool ranges from toddler to adult. Plenty of spaces to park and areas to lay down a towel or a chair. Ice cream is an added bonus for cooling down. Public pool bathrooms, change rooms and showers is AWESOME“

“I go to this Dunkin just about every morning and today my mobile order got messed up and they took care of me as it went to a different store location as a regular my business has been earned. occasionally my order may get messed up but they didn't have to do what they did today and give me my normal order when it went to a different store. Coffee is always made perfect and the staff are always super friendly (except one guy who works the drive thru, he just seems miserable all the time.) “I work over by the mall so I often stop in here before my shifts. I place mobile orders and they’re always ready by the time I come in. But if they’re out of something then I interact with the staff, and that’s why I’m leaving this review. ALL STAFF are fast to help me, they’re ALL friendly, and energetic when im half awake and half coherent. Even though I live in Hartford, this is my new go to Dunkin for whenever I need a boost of energy before work. Going here is the best part of my morning, lol. I’ll never have to worry about running late to work because everything here is so in and out and that’s what keeps me coming back.

“I ordered a double espresso and it was a big double espresso! Every time you order a double, it comes out differently. Sometimes they seem small, once in a while it looks like 3 or 4 shots. The gentleman who served me was friendly too which any customer would appreciate. I'll definitely be heading to this D and D the next time i want an espresso. “My friend and I go here 3 to 4 times a week,depends on who's working. You can get great service or horrible service. Lucky for us it's usually the nice Hispanic woman working. The Indian lady is very rude and not welcoming. Come on, it's early morning.“
