“i’ve been searching for a new go go sandwich spot in southbury - got a little sick of the other stuff around - this place did not disappoint!!! they took my order quick cashed me out and i only waited about 4 min for my sandwich!!! really REALLY good chicken salad … the bacon was not fatty or cold or old tasting like it sat out - fresh lettuce and tomato - clearly fresh rolls … i will be back asap!!!“

“As salamu alaikum.i must say the moment I enter his store till I left I felt at home.truly nice,hospitable,and great cooking background.rarely you go in a store you get customer service, it felt more like a moment you yearn for all stores that they are missing .I'm grateful for the town of ansonia to have a family store with great food and service to provide to a community..the chicken ? biryani and coconut drink and samosas was super and very savoring.ANSONIA FOR A VISITOR VISITING FAMILY THEN A STOP TO EAT HERE AT ROSIE'S MADE A FAMILY DAY BETTER.I HOPE THE BEST FOR THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!! “After driving by this place for so many months, I finally decided to stop it. It was worth the trip. The food is delicious made fresh. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Even the other patrons were very friendly smiles on their faces overall great atmosphere great food great prices worth stopping and take a visit.

Vegetarian options: I’m pretty certain that you can have any of the items substituted on their menu to accommodate a vegetarian or vegan lifestyle their tuna fish is absolutely divine

The chicken cutlet sandwich with pesto is excellent not to mention the best potato salad ever. Best of all the portions are generous and the prices reasonable.“

“i love their egg tarts and sandwiches! they’ve got a very fun selection of snacks and have come in clutch with a heavy cream or pasta sauce when we found ourselves lacking. the owners and their kids are super friendly and sweet. plus their prices are very affordable. just a lovely family business to have in the neighborhood.“

“I stopped in for a Roast Beef grinder and small container of potatoe salad. The bread was fresh, the roast beef, Boar's Head brand, amazingly tender, and tasty. Perfect mix of condiments, seasoning and vegetables. I have lived in Seymour for quite a few years, and had never tried the grinders, I will be back.“

“We had a catering order on Saturday from Nardelli’s in Oxford. I give it 5 stars. The food was delicious ( outstanding Stuffed Shells among other items) and presented well. It was delivered early by Tyler who was so helpful and pleasant. I could not be more pleased. Thanks to all in Oxford!“

“When I discovered Roxbury Market in the eighties, it soon became one of my favorite destinations. I lived in Bethel, but I’d drive up to Roxbury several times a week for sandwiches. It was remodeled sometime in the nineties, and the small back room had tables to enjoy meals with friends. We’d meet there by Jeep, motorcycle, or whatever and sit for an hour sharing a great sandwich, coffee and soft drinks. I moved to Florida in 2004 and miss the Marketplace. But we manage to visit at least once a year when we come back to Roxbury in autumn.“
