“As salamu alaikum.i must say the moment I enter his store till I left I felt at home.truly nice,hospitable,and great cooking background.rarely you go in a store you get customer service, it felt more like a moment you yearn for all stores that they are missing .I'm grateful for the town of ansonia to have a family store with great food and service to provide to a community..the chicken ? biryani and coconut drink and samosas was super and very savoring.ANSONIA FOR A VISITOR VISITING FAMILY THEN A STOP TO EAT HERE AT ROSIE'S MADE A FAMILY DAY BETTER.I HOPE THE BEST FOR THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!! “This is my go-to place for a bacon, egg and cheese; It's a great sandwich. I'm working my way through the menu and I'd say that the other food has just been ok.....so far. I picked up a steak and cheese and it was ok. I also got the footlong hotdog which confused me a bit. They say foot long hotdog on the menu and what I received was two "standard" size hot dogs on a slightly oversize standard hotdog bun. And I'm all for a little butter on the bun and some toasting but what I received was pretty greasy for a bun. I also tried the motz sticks and they were barely melty. I'd say done just enough to warm the cheese and give a confusing light golden outside crust that wasn't really all that crispy. Nice people and they have a good size menu. Maybe I just need to keep trying.“

His sandwiches are filled with hate and resentment. I’m not sure why he is always so mad at me and my friends but I won’t deduct a star for his lack of kindness. “So I typically have a great sandwich here, but the other day I placed an order over the phone for my grandfather’s birthday, and when I showed up too early to pick up the order I thought I heard they didn’t have one type of meats for the ‘Sweet Italian Combo’ (of course my grandfather’s sandwich, out of all of them ordered). I thought nothing of it as nobody said a word to me from behind the counter. Grabbed the orders and paid, get home and it was a grilled chicken sandwich with ham (random combination) BUT was labeled as the Sweet Italian. It all made sense now, and I was not mistaken from what I heard. The Provy Brother’s would of never of pulled that ‘stunt’ and would have been transparent that they did not have the available meat(s) for the sandwich instead of making whatever they decided AND labelling it as the requested sandwich when it was not. Yes, the sandwich was still good, but imagine my grandfather’s surprise on his 86th birthday that his favorite sandwich he ordered from his favorite sandwich shop was not what he ordered or wanted on his special day. Please don’t EVER do that again to anyone. That was messed up and you all know what you did. And yes, we will give you all another chance as your sandwiches are always great. Just please be honest to your loyal customers.“
