“Drove past this place several times, finally decided to stop in for a sandwich. The smell of delicious baked bagels hit me as soon as my car door opened. The lady at the counter was very friendly and seemed to know everyones order before they even ordered it. That shows me that the staff cares about the customers. I ordered the big boy sandwich on a toasted everything bagel. I was NOT disappointed. Great portion size fresh ingredients and great eye appeal. I was very happy with the overall experience and will be returning as often as permits.“

“Best breakfast spot in the Farmington/bristol/Plainville area. The food is always delicious. I love their selection of flavored cream cheese, specifically the jalapeño and the walnut raisin. I haven't been able to find a better bagel in the area, they are so good. My favorite is a grilled cheddar bagel with sausage, cheese and egg. Also try the banana hazelnut iced coffee, sounds like a strange flavor but I'm obsessed. The people who work here are fast and efficient especially with how busy this place is. Frequently there is a line out the door but they do their best to move things along quickly. They are always happy and cheerful and create a nice environment. They know all of their regular customers names and stories and create a cheers like environment but with coffee and bacon. Love this place.“

“I went here for the first time today and I only got a plain bagel with plain cream cheese, y'all it was the best bagel I've ever had, I can't wait to get another one, I also got their hash brown and it was amazing. They also have muffins available so I grabbed a red velvet with cream cheese and it's so delicious. The place is cute and clean and the staff was super sweet as well.“
