“I love this Arby's. Staff is outstanding. Friendly, kind and capable. Food is good. Dining area is comfortable and pleasant. They always make it a very good experience.“

“One of the best McDonald's around in Connecticut. I doordash and there isn't any nearly as clean or nice with the service as this. Even when I want McDonald's I drive out of my way to this one. Also recently they had a menu item out and I bought it through the app. They made it up to me and were able to give me a mocha Carmel frappe. I highly recommend this one even if it is a 20 minute extra drive it's worth it“

“Fabulous tapas food and wide variety of choices on the menu. Very personable bartender who serviced us well despite a busy evening. While we had a table reservation, the restaurant was not able to accommodate us at a table, but could at the bar. Despite the confusion around where we would be seated, a good experience with very good food.“

“I've been to other Jersey Mike's locations, but I feel like at the Southington location the service was the best! I was actually greeted when I walked in, which was nice. “The service was excellent at 11pm. The woman who took my order and gave me my food was pleasant and upbeat.
My food on the other hand, sucked. I ordered a classic chicken sandwich, no tomato or pickles. The preparation of my sandwich was spot on, except for the chicken. It was hard as a rock. Had the hardest time just trying to take one bite out of it. You could tell it was old and sitting around for a while.
Total waste of $10.“

“I like that the playground is in a different room. That tables are set up for small kids and adults. Service was good, oddly enough. We spent 2 hours there on a rainy day with my daughter and grandkids“

Tonight the man working was helping a woman before us, she waited until the last second to complain about how the worker made her sandwich and she said “Your manager will be hearing from me” when he said “do you want me to remake it?” she said “no. let me pay so I can leave.”The man working tonight at this store on 5/23/24 was very kind to us, was attentive and made our sandwiches perfectly. He did not deserve to be treated like this by the previous customer. I hope he does not get reprimanded for it. Thank you!“
