“This morning around 7 a.m. in the drive-through, I was truly blessed. I was having the worst morning possible. I usually come to this Dunkin’ throughout the week, Monday through Thursday, and I always order a Cookie Butter Cold Brew on the mobile app. Well, this particular morning my holiday special was no longer available, so I just ordered a regular Caramel Cold Brew. With literal tears in my eyes, I pulled up to the window, and they just said Goodmorning and handed me my coffee like normal….I took one sip, and my tears of sadness turned into sobbing tears of joy. They must have had some of the cookie butter flavor left over because they made me my usual Cookie Butter Cold Brew. I’m a big believer in small acts of kindness and how they can completely change someone’s day, and this was so perfectly timed. I cannot explain how thankful I am for something as simple as that coffee. Please give that worker a raise right now“

If you’re expecting Starbucks it ain’t - not a millennial to be found - that means no obnoxious and entitled coffee drinkers, no demands for bizarre coffee orders - that means no “tall, non-fat lattes with caramel drizzle” or “triple venti, soy, no foam lattes”. No clueless lemmings, who when asked their order, reply “I Donno” and then turn to their friend and ask “Whatta you havin?”“

The manager was very friendly also, come on down and see, Celina, Hannah, Everly, Vanessa, Heather, Anthony, they will be more than happy to help you.“
