Service can be slow at times, but the staff is friendly and professional, with Iván being especially helpful. Some visitors noted that the music can be loud, making conversation difficult, but the experience remains enjoyable. The pollo a la brasa to-go order was a disappointment due to a mix-up, but the sangria and noodles with shrimp are also highly recommended.
