“Unfortunately, this is a downgraded rating for this restaurant since we first went there several months ago. First I want to say however, that the service remains excellent and the staff really care. We have been to Morea 5 times since it has opened and tonight we realized that if they really want to be the best and 5 stars, then a few things need to change. 1. There menu is significantly static and really needs to either change or increase the choices on the menu. 2. They need to add more seafood choices. 3. Their dessert menu is not great or imaginative. and 4. They need some surprises on the menu- like wild game, seasonal dishes, or special seasonal delicacies like wild mushrooms or amazing and delicious fish like Pompano. I hope the management of the restaurant reads this review”

“It's a little trip for us to dine at Nouveau Monde, passing many fine restaurants along the way, but definitely worth the extra mileage. NM is quite the most beautiful restaurant that we ever patronize, and its menu lives up to that high standard. The ambience is lovely, candlelit and quite romantic at night-time. I cannot single out any one dish as so much better than others. This visit my wife ate the parmesan-crusted chicken, and she had nothing left for the doggie-bag! Unusually for me I ordere the pork chop. It came with lovely sides of beans and savory grits. There is a reasonably good list of wines by the glass and a very extensive collection of fine wines by the bottle, including a few at reasonable prices and most at the high end. One improvement could be to offer the wines by the glass as bottles too. If you like Sauvignon Blanc and you would like a bottle of either of the two offered by the glass, that doesn't appear on the menu. Service is discreet and polite but not over-formal. It also looks like the best tables have been requested ahead of time, and it might be a good idea to ask for a window table, though all the tables are perfectly fine. If the air conditoning is running, be sure to ask them to cover the vent that might be directly under your seat! Finally, this is one of if not the finest restaurant(s) in the Newtown to Fairfield area. A little expensive but good value for money.”

“Exceptional food quality, portions and price! If you're looking to have Korean/Japanese food with authentic taste go to Sushi 2020. Owner was very accommodating, friendly and hands-on. My family's go to place with some of our fav to order - bibimbap, bento boxes and the variety of sushi. This place is a hidden gem located close to sikorsky.”

I actually travel a lot and have had pizza all over ny & ct and I had to show restraint and save some for the family at home -nothing to me is better than true Italian made with love & from scratch pizza - true comfort food 😘 you simply have to try it for yourself and you will thank me for recommending this gem of a pizzeria! “My husband surprised me with a dinner gathering at Red Lotus. Immediately upon walking in we were greeted by two staff members and the owner Larry. Gary was our server who I must say was by far the best server we have ever had. Gary and Larry truly made us feel like we were the only ones there (they had a full house) the food was delicious we were a party of 8 and all had different plates none of us were disappointed with our food. The presentation of the plates were beautiful! Larry made sure to come to our table and assure we were satisfied with our food and service took time out to talk with us and build a relationship. Thank you Red Lotus from an amazing experience and phenomenal customer service.”
