“The weird thing today was that you could not order an order for dining in on the console. This would be okay if the dining room was closed but it was not. I don't think they ran out of trays, it looks like laziness. One less choice for the worker people.“

“Westerly Dels went above and beyond for my little girl’s birthday. It is her favorite treat (nut allergic so one of the very few treats we can get that we don’t make ourselves). A gallon of Dels served her entire class (16) the mini size and and 4 adults a small, for only $25. They wrote happy birthday Lora on the cap, gave her a shovel, and balloons. Way more than I expected and it made both of our days. Thanks again!“

“I've been going to this Subway since we moved to Westerly five years ago and am wondering if there's a new policy or if the new guy who made my sandwich just made a mistake. When I got to my shop and unwrapped it, there was very little roast beef on it. Only four slices on a footlong. Everything else was good, as usual.“

“Subway is subway, it's mediocre food but sometimes that's what I want, this particular subway does always tend to be better than others I've eaten at and when I tend to stop in only on certain days of the week the employees are always welcoming and friendly and always make a well structured sandwich, couldn't ask for more when going into a subway.“

“I definitely recommend that you go if you are nearby. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. It is worth mentioning that both the interior and the staff are extremely clean and polite. I have been to this place several times with my family. Each time the service was better than the last. I should also mention that it is managed by an Iranian lady who is incredibly unique.“
“I’ve been to this location many times on my lunch break, and I prefer this location over the one closest to my home. The sandwich artists are always so nice, respectful, and attentive. I’m always greeted with a smile. Even the manager is a very nice gentleman. The atmosphere is very clean, cleaner than many full-service Subways I’ve been too, and my order is always correct, made in a timely
manner, neatly made, and not thrown together. I have nothing bad to say about this location; they are the standard for customer service and cleanliness.“

“Typical Panda Express chain. Can get busy during lunch time and lines form. Garbage can pile up as its not taken out in a timely manner. I think the place is severely understaffed. I feel bad for the workers. Food is ok no complaints, ample serving. We were staying at the nearby Great Wolf Lodge (GWL) . It is quite a walk from there! If you have a small child better bring a stroller. Otherwise you can drive, parking is free. Great for lunch or bring it to go back to the GWL to eat.“

“Let me start by saying that the staff was absolutely amazing! Very friendly and fast. Their shop was clean and they kept it clean. Tables were wiped down and the floors were kept clean as well. No trash just lying around. The food tasted and looked fresh as well, which is always a huge plus! I’m not usually a fan of Sbarro’s but I’d definitely consider eating here again. Not bad. Not bad at all. Definitely recommend!“

“As a loyal customer of Subway, I wanted to share my feedback regarding the recent changes in the small turkey sandwich portion and portions subway has made. While I have no issue with paying a higher price to support our restaurants, I've noticed that the portions have become smaller while the price has increased. As someone who values consistency and quality, I believe it's essential for prices to reflect inflation without compromising on portion size. I would be more than willing to pay a slightly higher price if it means maintaining the portion size we've come to expect from Subway. Ensuring that customers receive value for their money is crucial for maintaining satisfaction and loyalty. The photo shows a small turkey without cheese and mask for extra turkey in lieu of the cheese. Out the door $8.50.I’m not the only one noticing.Subway, the world's largest sandwich chain, has come up with a novel solution to deal with soaring inflation: shrinking its (in)famous footlong sandwiches down to just three inches (7.6cm)Suggestion:To combat inflation without sacrificing quality or portion size, Subway could consider a strategy that prioritizes maintaining old-school portions while adjusting prices to reflect inflation. By keeping portion sizes consistent, Subway can retain loyal customers and uphold its reputation for offering value-driven meals. This approach ensures that customers continue to receive the same satisfying experience they've come to expect from Subway, fostering loyalty and positive word-of-mouth.
