“Shoutout to Dion!!! This McDonald’s is the the cleanest mcdonalds i’ve ever been to everything was very tidy and organized. the tables were wiped down and trashes weren’t overflowing. Overall a pleasant atmosphere to eat. On top of that, one of the workers, Dion, was incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming from the moment I interacted with him. He was very patient, easy to talk to, and was radiating positive energy. You can tell he truly cares about people and takes pride in his work. major bonus: their ice cream machine is always working, which deserves a shout out. Employees like Dion make a huge difference and are the reason this location stands out. Great service, great vibes, and great experience all around!“

“Westerly Dels went above and beyond for my little girl’s birthday. It is her favorite treat (nut allergic so one of the very few treats we can get that we don’t make ourselves). A gallon of Dels served her entire class (16) the mini size and and 4 adults a small, for only $25. They wrote happy birthday Lora on the cap, gave her a shovel, and balloons. Way more than I expected and it made both of our days. Thanks again!“

“I've been going to this Subway since we moved to Westerly five years ago and am wondering if there's a new policy or if the new guy who made my sandwich just made a mistake. When I got to my shop and unwrapped it, there was very little roast beef on it. Only four slices on a footlong. Everything else was good, as usual.“

“Subway is subway, it's mediocre food but sometimes that's what I want, this particular subway does always tend to be better than others I've eaten at and when I tend to stop in only on certain days of the week the employees are always welcoming and friendly and always make a well structured sandwich, couldn't ask for more when going into a subway.“

“I definitely recommend that you go if you are nearby. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. It is worth mentioning that both the interior and the staff are extremely clean and polite. I have been to this place several times with my family. Each time the service was better than the last. I should also mention that it is managed by an Iranian lady who is incredibly unique.“

“I want to give a huge shoutout to Alanina at Panda Express inside Foxwoods Casino. Her patience and professionalism were absolutely immaculate. As the line grew and customers became impatient—even giving her unnecessary attitude—she never once broke her calm composure. Instead, she greeted every person with a smile and kept the line moving efficiently.

What really stood out to me was her customer service. When I mentioned that my noodles were a bit dry, she didn’t hesitate to make it right. She immediately had the cooks whip up a fresh batch, which showed how much she truly cares about customer satisfaction.

It’s rare to come across employees who handle tough situations with such grace, kindness, and dedication. Alanina is one of those rare gems, and I honestly wish more businesses had employees like her. Because of her, I’ll definitely be coming back to this Panda Express again!“
