“I was out of town and I walked into this Subway expecting the normal. But I didn’t expect it to be this good. The service was spectacular, the staff (such as Luis) are extremely friendly, Almost to the point where they made you feel like FAMILY. The food is very fresh and the restaurant is very clean. The best Subway I’ve been to, hands down. I highly recommend !!!“

“I stopped by yesterday on a whim for an easy dinner. The store was clean, and Julio was incredibly kind and helpful. He made great conversation and you can tell he has a passion for fulfilling the needs of his customers. Being from Trumbull, I grew up eating at this Subway from time to time, but I'll be making more an effort to stop by!“

“I am updating this review because customer service and the manager Orlando reached to me and apologized for the inconvenience and offered to replace our orders. This really showed me that Charleys listen to their customers and I appreciate the attention. Thank you********Terrible service. It seems like the cooks are not properly trained. I got a messy cold sandwich that was sitting there for over half an hour. Took us an hour to get our order because the staff seemed lost and confused.“

“I am visiting family in Connecticut and we decided to stop at the sandwich shop. I ordered a mediterranean salad with chicken and my dad ordered a philly cheese steak with swiss cheese. First: The girl at the counter who took our order (unfortunately i wasn’t able to get her name) was so friendly and nice. Second: Our order was out within 10 minutes or even less. They were very fast and speedy. Third: The place was clean and tidy. I saw a worker walking around restocking and cleaning little things here and there so it’s well maintained.
Overall this place is so awesome for a lunch spot and very affordable. You can expect to spend about 15 bucks per person.
We also tried their m&m cookie which is made IN HOUSE and it was amazing.
10/10 i would recommend this place.“

“Usually their salads are delicious. But today i came by, right when they opened up (prob a mistake) and ordered a crispy chicken salad … My salad was done in about 5 mins …. ( how can chicken be cooked that fast?) Anyway, i tried to eat the salad for dinner. My croutons were stale, the bread was stale and tomatoes along with the cucumbers tasted like theve been sitting out from the night before. I doubt chicken was freshly made. I’m so disappointed. Next time i know not to come right when they open up.“

“I've been a long time customer, and I should have written this review years ago. Soup Thyme makes so many different soups daily, each and every one of them outstanding, that it makes it hard to decide. But I tend to default to my favorite, their chicken pot pie soup. They offer a wide variety of paninis to accompany their delicious soups. I often get a small soup and a half panini, excellent value at around 10 bucks. The owner and the staff are always friendly and welcoming and efficient. I gave only two stars for atmosphere because there were only a couple of tables inside the restaurant to sit. So don't come for the ambience, just come for the great food!“

“I want to preface this by saying I'm really really picky about deli meat. I NEVER eat it. However, after having surgery this week , this just sounded good so I tried it. I was actually blown away by how good this was. The meat was fresh, not slimy like most deli meat is and they were very very generous with toppings. The person working was super nice and patient and took his time making the sandwiches. I was impressed by how clean it was too. This was more of a good deli feel as opposed to a chain sandwich place. Thank you for making my horrible day so much better. ❤️“

“I have eaten in hundreds of different subways across the country and the owner of this one got it right.She is always there working harder than the people she hires open to closing time. The reason some of these places taste better than others is purely timing. If you dont have an owner paying attention to this then you have employees overstocking. You have to have bread and vegetables fresh not prepared early in the day and sitting around going stale. You absolutely have to gauge your floor traffic to product or you have a bad tasting sandwich.Anyway yes I`m fat and have a love affair with food,but only good food.So if you want a well made sandwich that tastes good go to this subway“

“I have never seen a place go to the extent of prep that these workers did to ensure my wife was safe from a gluten allergy. Literally wiped down every piece of equipment and surface that her food touched. I was picking up for her but I know she’d be super appreciative of the care and concern for her allergy. Most people don’t take it seriously. Thank you guys!“

“This subway is the only non-sit down service place where I tip. Not just any subway, this subway in particular. No matter what time of day you go, how busy they are, or what youre ordering, they are always the happiest, friendliest, and nicest people to talk to. All they're doing is making you a sandwich, but somehow I always leave this place happier than when I walked in. The family that owns this location is truly spectacular, and they pick their other employees very carefully as well. This is the only subway location I will go to within a 50 mile radius. I will intentionally go out of my way to go to this location if I want subway. They are good with portions and always happy to accommodate your needs. The place is extremely clean and well maintained. 10/10 would recommend the Seymour tri-town plaza location any day.“

“I don't know why this subway has these low stars but when I visited today, it was fantastic. The staff were really friendly, also there is one asian girl who made me a lot bigger ( I think the biggest I ever had) sandwich. She needs a raise. It also has a big space where you can sit and eat. Overall it was really good to have a peaceful and delicious meal.“
