However, this Friday we were in a hurray & needed a quick bite & Subway on Paradise Green was there. One of the best tuna subs I’ve had in years!! Plenty of creamy white tuna salad, right amount of lettuce pepper & tomato, extra pickles & light on the onion was perfect! Just as it used to be 30 years ago. Quick service, too. “Highly recommend Bobette’s, they offer delivery off their website and have been regularly ordering their soups, salads and sandwiches- the Turkey Cobb Salad is my favorite and I actually crave it weekly, lol and love the Barley Soup. Also get the Chicken Orzo and Chicken, Broccoli and Cavatelli Soup. Also recommend the Steak or Chicken Quesadillas. I have an older parent whose very picky and she never argues over any meals from Bobettes. Each order has been perfect, fresh ingredients and just tastes good.“

“Soup is exceptionally good. I’ve tried just about all of them and every one has been great! They have vegetarian and gluten free soups and ALL are really really good. Service is slow and atmosphere is meh — but who cares? The soup makes up for everything. Highly recommend. But if you’re in a hurry, call ahead & order.“

“If I could give them 10 stars I would! The team on duty today around 7 PM - Jayden, Pablo, Daniel, and Jacob - KILLED it! They were friendly, welcoming, efficient, and packed our sandwiches thoughtfully. Just as importantly, they made the sandwiches with love and care. We've been customers of Jersey Mike's for years - visiting multiple locations - and these are some of the best sandwiches we've ever had. “Really good sandwiches and the owner made the experience even better. She was so friendly - we talked as she made my sandwiches (the Cubana , enchilada, and chavo del 8) - even though she knew I am not a local (was just passing by as I caught the Bridgeport ferry back to LI) with my family; she made me feel so valued. The best part was that everyone loved the sandwiches, even my kids, who can be really picky eaters. Thank you Mary Ellen!!

“I have eaten in hundreds of different subways across the country and the owner of this one got it right.She is always there working harder than the people she hires open to closing time. The reason some of these places taste better than others is purely timing. If you dont have an owner paying attention to this then you have employees overstocking. You have to have bread and vegetables fresh not prepared early in the day and sitting around going stale. You absolutely have to gauge your floor traffic to product or you have a bad tasting sandwich.Anyway yes I`m fat and have a love affair with food,but only good food.So if you want a well made sandwich that tastes good go to this subway“

“I want to preface this by saying I'm really really picky about deli meat. I NEVER eat it. However, after having surgery this week , this just sounded good so I tried it. I was actually blown away by how good this was. The meat was fresh, not slimy like most deli meat is and they were very very generous with toppings. The person working was super nice and patient and took his time making the sandwiches. I was impressed by how clean it was too. This was more of a good deli feel as opposed to a chain sandwich place. Thank you for making my horrible day so much better. ❤️“

“Subway needs a hungry man to serve a great sandwich. Obviously too corporate most subways micro manage silly tiny pieces of cheese and meat. On the Capitol Avenue Subway you can relax in the hands of a master crowd pleaser and feel the joy of being well cared for by getting the tuna footlong however you want it. Bigger best bodacious..“

“My husband had a taste for a Subway sandwich, so we stopped at a rest stop, only to find that the Subway was closed. Most of the Subway stores were closed by 10 pm, except this one. I wasn't fond of the sole worker in the store; I felt she needed a security guard in the store with her. She didn't look frightened to be alone in the store. Anyway, she made our sandwiches to order, and they were great. I don't know if we'll ever go back, but if it's late, we probably will.“

“Watch out for opening hours: the listing says they close at 10pm on Sundays but when I got there they said they actually close at 9pm.

Very friendly employee made a couple footlongs for me today even though I arrived at 9:03pm (thinking it was open until 10pm). I left at 9:10pm and really appreciate that she did this for me!! Sunday 10th November, I didn’t catch her name.“

“Let me just say that im so grateful for this subway I had a huge order of 100 sandwiches. And this subway exceeded all my expectations. Store manager luis went out and beyond to make this order and he did a great job. Every sandwich was perfectly wrapped and organized in there individual boxes. I went inside this subway and the manager luis told me dont worry I will take care of everything for you. I just dont have enough words to say how thankful and grateful i am of luis and the job he did here. If your company is having a gathering or you are personally having a party this is the place to come if you need a huge order of 100 plus sandwiches.
