“I was in the restaurant yesterday to get food for my father’s birthday. The food was delicious and the restaurant was neat and clean. However, I was most impressed with the staff. The young man at the counter talked with me while getting my order together (which was not a small one). Afterwards, he even asked me to wish my father a happy birthday! Was a great experience and the owner should be proud!!“
“I went to this Kentucky Fried Chicken to purchase a late lunch Famous Bowl.
There is no drive thru, so the only option is to go inside.
The workers were cordial. I get mine without the sweet corn and they did it right, so I had that going for me.
The food was better (both in taste and portion) in comparison with the other locations I have been to. The shrinkflation was not so evident here.
The only real knock, beyond the lack of a drive thru, is the location itself. I’m not generally a fan of Waterbury to begin with and when passing through the area, I am usually quickly reminded as to why that is.“
