“Outstanding restaurant! (and we do a lot of our dining in NYC!) Local 63 is an oasis in Watertown, CT in a variety of ways. The food is creative (even when the dish SOUNDS traditional). The chicken fried steak (hard to even find in New England) is outstanding. The salads were awesome: perfectly dressed with great crunch and freshness. The Cassoulet (originally a French farmhouse dish) with chicken, in-house sausage, and white beans cooked to perfection is something you will not find in many other places. Great bar--friendly atmosphere and great for large groups and celebrations. This is a hidden gem with excellent service and owners who obviously care! I will go back and bring many other guests here when I have a chance.”

“I absolutely love this place! The customer service is always so nice and friendly. You can really tell it’s a family-run business, and they work hard to make sure the food tastes amazing. Another thing I appreciate is how clean and well-sanitized everything is—I’ve never gotten sick from eating here. It’s clear they take pride in what they do.”

“BEST BREAKFAST SANDWICH I'VE EVER HAD. I love how many options they give you with each ingredient. The steak and egg with southwest sauce on an everything bagel was incredible. Sauce has a good kick, I'd say around jalapeno level of heat FYI. Ignore the review below. Yeah it takes a little longer than Dunkin cuz the food is freshly made to order, duhh.”

“We celebrated our 14th Anniversary at Roma’s last night - ambiance was perfect, the other diners shared their night with us, the calamari appetizer , my Shrimp Pappardelle & Joe’s Shrimp Fra Diavolo were excellent!! “jimmys food is excellent! however I was there for the 1st time last week, our waitress was not friendly with us. no personality, no smile..brought our food put it down walked away, said nothing. then 5 mins later, as she was walking by the table threw the receipt down, said nothing. Never came to see if we needed anything else or how the food was, she never offered desert, so we didn't get that. I had to go to the counter and ask for a box, as again she never came back to the table. there were only a few tables full, so she wasn't overly busy, meanwhile I'm watching the other waitress there, smile and laugh with her customers. I wish I knew her name, because she definitely needs to learn people skills. ohh I also heard her complaining to a customer who she must've known, about her training someone and now the other girl is waiting tables and she was not happy that this girl was doing her job basically 🙄”

“We ate here last night. The food was outstanding!! I had the beef short rib. It also came with perfectly-cooked carrots with slivers of crispy garlic, golden mashes potatoes and a delicious mushroom sauce. My husband got a wonderful cheeseburger that had a slightly toasted bun. The perfect touch to his burger. The fries were different from any I've seen before. They were the perfect side dish to his burger. Our server, RJ, was so friendly and attentive. We will ABSOLUTELY be returning as it was so hard to choose what to eat from their amazing menu! We can't wait to try the rest!”

“Great ice cream!! However, I don’t recommend the Hocus pocus (orange one) cake batter. I took two bites and couldn’t choke it down. I LOVE cake batter and it didn’t taste anything like it. Disappointed. Threw it out before leaving the parking lot :( I’ll stick to soft serve 🍦”

“So I have to give so much praise to this winery. First off Jeff is absolutely amazing. I reached out to him back in Feburary asking about using the winery to get married in April and Jeff was so easy to talk to and was so easy to make plans with so I had the best day. Second off a huge shoutout to the staff of the winery. I was married on April 13th 2024 and it was rainy, windy, and incredibly cold. They let us get married on their deck and out of the rain no questions asked. I went back today on 4/15 to pick up a bottle of wine because I want to have it to drink on my one year wedding anniversary of a wonderful memory of the beautiful place we got married at. The ladies behind the bar were so kind and helped me pick the best wine to my liking. Thank you so much for giving me a beautiful place to get married and a beautiful place to have created beautiful memories with those I love the most. Thank you again Jeff and crew for making this bride incredibly happy. ***Edit to add I got married April of 2024. My feelings are still the same about this beautiful establishment.***”

“In side the La bones. Now that i have gone carnivore I was thinking sushi was pretty much off the list. But I was exited to see Happy sushi had some no rice options in the ready to go area. I know I could ask for some without rice but love that they have some ready to go.. and it was some of the tastiest I have had in the waterbury area.”

“We live in Oakville and we have been getting our take out from Paradise for over 15 years. We just love everything there. We are never disappointed. They have saved us on many occasions with their party pizza, which is so reasonably priced. My kids would always have a lot of friends over, we can feed everyone and not break the bank. Dave and his staff are so friendly. We are actually on a first name basis because I am in there so often. The delivery drivers are awesome. If you haven't tried their food, please do.”

“We have been to Uncommon many times and the food is always amazing and we have always had a great experience all around but I want to say we had the absolute best service here tonight so I wanted to thank our server Justin D. for an outstanding dining experience tonight. Justin was professional and has a really fun personality. Even though the restaurant was crazy busy we never had to ask for anything, Justin was just there anytime we needed anything. The support staff also did an amazing job tonight as well keeping the table clear of empty glasses and dishes and running food. Just an over all lovely experience.”

“We have been coming to Imperial Chinese buffet about twice a month for the past several years. The variety and the freshness of the dishes have been consistently outstanding. The sushi and hibachi are also really good. The serving staff is very attentive and pleasant. The cleanliness of this restaurant is also remarkable. “We have been going here since they opened up and everything has been consistently good. They always have a pup cup for our dog and give their all to serve their customers. I love their donuts that they have now. I asked them if they could add a donut with maple frosting to their list and they made it the next day! Top notch customer service and an owner with a big heart. We love going here for all of our sweet treats!”

“Hardcore sweet is hands down the best. I recently used them for the dessert for my wedding and they hit it out of the park. Not only were the cupcakes amazing the staff that came with the cupcake truck were very professional, friendly, and very engaging with all the guests. I cannot recommend them enough everything was perfect start to finish.”

“We came in for a family dinner and were absolutely delighted. Food was amazing but our Hibachi experience with Aiden was the best. We have been here in serval other occasions and frequent other Hibachi and this was by far the best we have ever had. His showmanship, humor and personalized experience made our dinner memorable.
