Alright foodie fam going off bagels alone 4.5.... we landed at GB's during a recent road trip in much need of a beggeling that morning....Im a city boii so impressing me w boiled rounds of proofed dough locally has proven to be very difficult.This spot is a lil hole in the wall kinda joint w very limited seating but walk in and you can tell they do bagels justice here...These might just be some of the best offerings in the state. A normal bagel with bacon egg and cheese. Almost anyway. Most places give you two eggs. They only give one. I decided to pay extra for a two egg sandwich, however still only received one. They also prefer call in rather than walk in. Not a big fan of that.

Although it was quite tiny in there, the cashier (I should've gotten her name) was very nice. The bagel was amazing too! I haven't had a really good egg and cheese in a long time! My order was exactly correct too; they followed my special instructions.They did forget the napkins in the bag (I had a to go order), but it was fine. :) I'm definitely coming back!!Update: I've been there a couple more times and the egg and cheese bagels have been okay.
