“the y charged me $20 for mofongo & it was dry they ripped me off but because I waited 15min & was in a rush to get to work I just paid for it even though I know it doesn't cost $20 ,I will never get it again from there smh,I give zero rating“
“Visiting home and stopped by Caliente Deli on a whim! I'm from New Haven and didn't know this spot existed. My next visit will be intentional! Food was awesome and flavorful!! Pork chunks, stewed chicken, rice &beans, plaintains.... wonderful! Customer service made food even better! A must visit spot when I come back home.“
“Stumbled upon this little shop when I was studying nearby. They have almost everything you need from snacks to sandwich to soft drinks. I got a chicken sandwich which was pretty good for its price. Perfect place for a quick grab&go if you're in a rush.“
“Food is amazing!! The price was a little high but it’s worth it. There chicken stew has a alot of bones and you might get a couple dry pieces but overall it’s still good. I will say the place needs to really be cleaned and put together more. That works probably be the only thing that wouldn’t have me go back“
“Very authentic restaurant. I've been eating their food since I was a kid. I love their alcapuria, sometimes I walk there just for the appetizers. If you're in New Haven and are looking for good Spanish food it's definitely a place you should try.“
