“We’ve been coming here for years, and it’s one of our favorite spots in College Point! We usually order takeout every weekend, and the food is always fresh and flavorful. The pernil is the best — juicy and perfectly seasoned. The place is clean, the service is fast, and the ambiance is simple but welcoming. Highly recommend it! 🇩🇴🍽️“

“Great food and great service. The food reminds me of home and is reasonably priced. We keep coming back for the ox tail stew, ribs, beef steak, porkchops, dumplings and the boneless chicharonnes de pollo. Most meals are served with white or yellow rice and beans or vegetables. If you want to try something different, they have the beef liver and squid ink fried rice which remind me of squid ink Paella. The combination meals are a great option to try out different dishes. The staff and owners always greet you with a warm welcome.“

“When I tell you this is real authentic dominican food, it was amazing. The absolute best ive had in a long time. From the meals to the drinks to the decor and music everything was phenomenal. I took my family after a graduation and I cant wait to go back.“

“I don’t know how it took so long for me to discover this place. The food was so so good. Large quantities for a good price. You can tell the food is made with love. The owners (I’m assuming) were so friendly and welcoming. The restaurant looked nice and clean. Can’t wait to come back!“

“Otherway Kitchen is hands down one of the best spots for authentic Dominican food! The patelitos are my absolute favorite — crispy, flavorful, and always fresh. And don’t even get me started on their fritura, perfectly seasoned, crunchy, and full of that real Dominican taste that reminds you of home.
