“If you want some good ol' Dominican food without breaking the bank, this is the spot. I had chicharron de pollo. My hubby had the roasted chicken with rice and beans and it was also good. The only reason I put 4 for atmosphere is because the place looked kinda bare. They could improve the atmosphere a little with some minimal decore like something on their tables or wall decor. Maybe it looks better at night.“

“Great food and great service. The food reminds me of home and is reasonably priced. We keep coming back for the ox tail stew, ribs, beef steak, porkchops, dumplings and the boneless chicharonnes de pollo. Most meals are served with white or yellow rice and beans or vegetables. If you want to try something different, they have the beef liver and squid ink fried rice which remind me of squid ink Paella. The combination meals are a great option to try out different dishes. The staff and owners always greet you with a warm welcome.“

“This place is a hidden gem! My friend and I stopped by for lunch before a concert at CitiField and it was the best decision. The food was AMAZING, everyone there was so friendly and the environment felt like home. It was an extremely delicious and affordable lunch. “Was passing trough the neighborhood and found this gem online! It's a nice sized space not large or very tiny. It did start to fill up as we dined. The server did a great job with recommendations! She even informed us that they extended happy hour which included apps until 4pm that Saturday. Overall food was delicious and I will definitely be back. “We were supposed to eat at another restaurant, Anny, but when we got there, they informed us that they would only accept cash. Yet there was no ATM. We started walking on 116th, looking for an ATM. Instead, we found this place to eat. It's a buffet style place with only one booth style table. The best thing was that the food was good and the price was right.“

“I’m Puerto Rican and when I’m feeling homesick (often lately) I come in for a feast. Best rotisserie chicken, perfect seasoning, tasty crispy skin. Arroz con gandules is my favorite but the congris (black bean rice) is a close second. Also, I have a severe gluten allergy and have never had an issue! Love this place!“

“I have been eating from here for literal years! My dad introduced me to their food about 10 years ago and I can’t believe I haven’t written a review yet.

The food here is consistently flavorful, fresh, and made with love. It doesn’t matter if I eat in the restaurant or order takeout the food here is always a 10/10! My go to order is the Grilled Shrimp Scampi ( Camarones ) with garlic sauce and white rice with beans. My fiancé always orders their Pernil with rice and beans.

“Bridge Coffee Shop is one of those places where you don't so much look at the menu as you have a back and forth with the person behind the steam table about what's good today. Not an introvert's paradise. I ordered the baked chicken with rice for $10. They give you about a quarter of a chicken and I made the rookie mistake of not asking for dark meat so I did have to power through a pretty dry breast situation.“

“The best of the best Dominican food in queens. Chivo (goat) was ? even if you don’t like goat, you will like their goat. Roast chicken is amazing as well. Beans, rice, tostones, onion, all the Dominican staples are as good as they come. Huge servings, very affordable. It’s a casual restaurant with high quality service. The staff are all very polite. Good place for families - they didn’t mind that our toddler made a mess. I’m def going back again and bringing more friends and family.
