“I’ve been dining in and taking out from here for years. This particular Dunkin always has the best staff. Workers move on and the new ones always seem to fit with the old. Super fast service even when problems arise. For the amount of foot traffic, the inside is always in order, stocked and clean. When I travel and visit other Dunkin’s, I always find myself wishing I was at this store. Thank you for consistently providing great service.“

“I love a nice Dunkin coffee. However this particular Dunkin doesn't perk their coffee long enough. I know it's because they are extremely busy, but what you get is a cup of hot water!! It's never good in the morning!! So I no longer go to this location first thing in the morning. But if you visit after noontime, the coffee is delicious!! Just don't go in the morning unless you want a cup of hot water!!

“I go to this DD every morning. The morning staff is phenomenal!!! They have exceptional customer service, make my ever changing coffee beverages to perfection. They deal with an extremely high volume of customers in a timely manner and still don't lack in service or quality while doing it . Outstanding job guys!!“

I rarely have had a good experience here and visit often as it is the only one on the way to Yale where I am often. I’d avoided it for a while but was in a bind one day. Glad I gave it another shot! “I went this morning super early and I believe there was only one girl working. She was trying her hardest and was managing drive thru and walk in. I waited a bit, but it was a really good coffee. She wasn’t rude and as soon as she could, I got my coffee.“

“Area was clean so the manager needing professional delegating to her workers keeping everything going right only thing I saw and let me say this before I say it I've been in the food service business for like 30 years I am a service safe manager I am still working at 61 saw an individual come back from break or the outside wherever he was doing out there started waiting on customers without washing his hands beside that everything was great coffee was made like I asked definitely will be going back again“
