“It's extremely hot inside! I'm talking completely and uncomfortably hot. I can be inside for no more than 2 minutes and start sweating. I feel really bad for the employees that have to work in there for hours at a time. Other than the heat factor, I have no complaints.“
“I ONLY go to Dunkin located at 967 First Avenue, West Haven, CT.The staff at this location is not only friendly and wonderful but they actually care about providing excellent quality coffee and food.Unlike other Dunkin’s that I’ve recently gone to, they change their coffee regularly to keep it fresh, never burnt, and if there’s something you want that they’re out of, they will make it fresh, with a smile!No problems, no attitude and just overall always pleasant!“

“I love a nice Dunkin coffee. However this particular Dunkin doesn't perk their coffee long enough. I know it's because they are extremely busy, but what you get is a cup of hot water!! It's never good in the morning!! So I no longer go to this location first thing in the morning. But if you visit after noontime, the coffee is delicious!! Just don't go in the morning unless you want a cup of hot water!!

I rarely have had a good experience here and visit often as it is the only one on the way to Yale where I am often. I’d avoided it for a while but was in a bind one day. Glad I gave it another shot! “Inviting, and quite a cozy little Dunkin Donuts. The menu is what you would expect and same goes with the food. The only thing that is that there is not much seating and its a little bit dirty, but overall a great place to go for a quick bite.“

“Area was clean so the manager needing professional delegating to her workers keeping everything going right only thing I saw and let me say this before I say it I've been in the food service business for like 30 years I am a service safe manager I am still working at 61 saw an individual come back from break or the outside wherever he was doing out there started waiting on customers without washing his hands beside that everything was great coffee was made like I asked definitely will be going back again“
“I’ve been dining in and taking out from here for years. This particular Dunkin always has the best staff. Workers move on and the new ones always seem to fit with the old. Super fast service even when problems arise. For the amount of foot traffic, the inside is always in order, stocked and clean. When I travel and visit other Dunkin’s, I always find myself wishing I was at this store. Thank you for consistently providing great service.“
