“I’ve been dining in and taking out from here for years. This particular Dunkin always has the best staff. Workers move on and the new ones always seem to fit with the old. Super fast service even when problems arise. For the amount of foot traffic, the inside is always in order, stocked and clean. When I travel and visit other Dunkin’s, I always find myself wishing I was at this store. Thank you for consistently providing great service.“
“I go to this DD every morning. The morning staff is phenomenal!!! They have exceptional customer service, make my ever changing coffee beverages to perfection. They deal with an extremely high volume of customers in a timely manner and still don't lack in service or quality while doing it . Outstanding job guys!!“
“I come to this location frequently because they are consistent with my order. I usually come on Thursday’s and Fridays in the morning on my way to drop off my daughter at daycare and even when it’s pretty busy the girls working the window are so nice and my items come out quickly. I go to this location the same two days at night as well, the time at the window is a little longer but they are always kind At the window. I live next to the derby ave Dunkin but will always come out of my way to come to this location as the service is so much better.“
“I love a nice Dunkin coffee. However this particular Dunkin doesn't perk their coffee long enough. I know it's because they are extremely busy, but what you get is a cup of hot water!! It's never good in the morning!! So I no longer go to this location first thing in the morning. But if you visit after noontime, the coffee is delicious!! Just don't go in the morning unless you want a cup of hot water!!

I rarely have had a good experience here and visit often as it is the only one on the way to Yale where I am often. I’d avoided it for a while but was in a bind one day. Glad I gave it another shot! “Area was clean so the manager needing professional delegating to her workers keeping everything going right only thing I saw and let me say this before I say it I've been in the food service business for like 30 years I am a service safe manager I am still working at 61 saw an individual come back from break or the outside wherever he was doing out there started waiting on customers without washing his hands beside that everything was great coffee was made like I asked definitely will be going back again“
“It's extremely hot inside! I'm talking completely and uncomfortably hot. I can be inside for no more than 2 minutes and start sweating. I feel really bad for the employees that have to work in there for hours at a time. Other than the heat factor, I have no complaints.“
