1 star off for atmosphere because there is no bench/table to sit at. It’s bright and colorful and clean which is key. There’s always that one customer who gets huffy because he/she was skipped in line. Chill, man! It’s ice cream.

“I had a great experience. I ordered a coffee chocolate chip shake, and the gentleman was very polite and asked me if I wanted to taste anything and then at checkout informed me about their points system and showed me two ways to get two free small cones! I very impressed & hi happy with the service quality of the shake and the cleanliness of the establishment. Great experience I’ll be back.“

“I went for the first time the other day and the service was out of the world when I walked in I was nicely greeted I wasn’t sure what ice cream to get so the server told me the difference between all the different flavors and textures the different cones. It was super busy and my large cone and my milk shake and I got it in under 3 minutes the same girl made both and did every other kind gesture in my review her service and kindness was so good I had to ask for her name and it was Paige I usually don’t do this because I have gone to many different places to eat but her kindness and service was off the charts Paige doesn’t deserve a raise she needs a raise the is the best working person in the state I would say she is amazing and hope more people can be like her and follow in her footsteps great first time experience and I couldn’t. Be more proud of Paige she was the best work and most kind hearted person I. Ever interacted with #give Paige a raise!!!“

“When my family and I came back from a day on the boat, we saw Cositas Ricas and decided to visit. Fresh fruit in ice cold drinks were exactly what we needed after swimming and sun. I tried their mangonada, a wonderful blend of sweet, tart, salt, and spice. We'll be back.“

“At first I thought what does a gopher have to do with ice cream. Then I looked down on my melting soft serve run down my firm hands. The stickiness of my fingers played out in my mind. I then Slowly took a lick of my ice cream, the soft serve vanilla with fudge suddenly expoloded in my mouth. My taste buds thanked me and I then thanked the girl at the counter for providing pleasure. Gopher I will be back and we will have our day again and many more to come.“
“Wow, I never thought I’d live to see the day when I’d taste something so delightful! At 82 years old, I walked into Gofer Ice Cream, unsure what to expect. My good friend Andrew liebau insisted I try a “banana split”—said I’d been missing out all my life. Well, I’ll be darned if he wasn’t right.
The handsome young man behind the counter was patient as I squinted at the flavors, though I had no idea what “cookie dough” or “rocky road” meant. In the end, I picked vanilla—simple, safe. But the moment that first spoonful melted on my tongue, I understood why folks go on about this treat. It was creamy, sweet, and softer than I imagined, like a little cloud of happiness.

“Gofer Ice Cream in Westport is hands-down one of my favorite spots for a sweet treat! They have some incredibly unique and delicious flavors – the Sea Salt Caramel Oreo is my absolute favorite (seriously addictive!), and the Blueberry Cheesecake and Graham Slam are just as amazing. Every scoop is creamy, rich, and packed with flavor.
They also make fantastic ice cream cakes. I recently got an Oreo ice cream cake for my friend’s birthday, and it was a huge hit — everyone loved it!
The staff is always friendly, the place is clean, and you can tell they care about quality. If you’re in Westport, this place is a must-visit!“
