“They got my order correct, so they have that going for it. However, due to the location they're shoehorned into, their drive-thru truly sucks. You need to drive in a clockwise direction, and it involves some very tight turns.

The food was present enough, and the underpaid workers were fairly efficient and nice.

Vegetarian options: Sone of the sides can count as vegetarian. But come on, this is a chicken place. What are you expecting?

Dietary restrictions: Not for those with most dietary restrictions. Although I guess those with lactose intolerance have little to worry about.

Parking: There is some parking immediately surrounding the building, but as it's in a large shopping plaza, there are many spots to be found nearby.

Kid-friendliness: Sure.... take the kids here. It'll work for them.

Wheelchair accessibility: Fairly accesable, but not wonderfully so.“

Yesterday went their to pick up the Boss Sub, Employee welcomed us with a positive friendly attitude was very very happy gave us time to order She made my Sub Sandwich professionally well done! Meatball right almost of marinara sauce not too sloppy not too little just perfect, Parmesan and Grated Cheese came out wonderfully. Sandwich was so goos!! “I have a personal beef with Subway!!they got rid of their wraps??Are you kidding me right now!!!!!..but this is my veggie stop what I usually do is order veggie wraps for 3 weeks 6 days a week and I noticed weight loss and it's healthy. The flat bread is not a good option and why because it falls apart while eating its MESSSY SLOPPY. That's just my opinion.“

“Hands down BEST CFA in the area! Food always comes out hot, fast, and delicious! Staff is friendly and frequently see the owner’s presence in the restaurant.

Aside from the above, there are several things that set this CFA apart from the rest (Chicopee specifically):

1. I consistently see the owner, Colby passionate about their business and working to inspire their staff - including witnessing him train and provide orientation for the new staff where he maintains a genuine positive and upbeat attitude every time

2. This CFA frequently offers special events and/or rewards (Sunrise surprise, Bingo nights, Offers to try new items, etc)

3. They actually provide you with the number of sauces you request and never short you

4. Lunch/Dinner items can be ordered during breakfast

I could go on, but you get the point. We will be back!“
