“Parking: Fine, more in the back of the building / Dog Friendly: Yes, very.They have a k9 menu for the patio / Outdoor dining: Yes, full service picnic tables/ The food was honestly fantastic and I didn't expect it to be so good. It is the best food I've had in Winsted or the surrounding area, by far. They were very accomodating to my dog. Service was fast. They have you start a tab and slide your card from the get and you just close out when you're done. It was a really excellent experience.“

“My husband and I go there nearly every Sunday for our “date day” and the waitresses are all super friendly and accommodating. They give you a lot of food and the home fries are perfect! We started going there because we hate all the local places home fries. They are well done and seasoned just right! The food ALWAYS comes out very quickly! Definitely recommend going here.“

“We had a wonderful experience at George’s today. At a party of 6 adults, and 2 toddlers, we were very happy to sit down soon after arriving. We had a knowledgeable waitress who accommodated our special dietary needs. The food was delicious and enjoyed by all of our group. “Met friends here for our weekly Sunday get together. We’re enjoying making our way through the menu. Today my friends had the October special salmon and risotto which they both enjoyed. I had the fish and chips-highly recommend. Light flaky fish coated in a light crispy crunchy batter and fresh crisp fries. Delicious. We were all full. My friends decided to try the pumpkin cake—-a delicious triple layer cake. Moist and full of flavor. They had a couple bites and took the rest home.“

“First time I’ve been here. Most everything was excellent. Amongst things I had was a hibachi combo with broccoli. The sauce was a little “too much” in terms of thickness/sweetness/quantity, but not bad. I requested the broccoli to be cooked soft and it came out excellent ! (Thanks)

My son is the pickiest eater but after watching the chef my son started trying things and ate things he usually won’t. I was shocked! The food and the entire experience was top notch! We can’t wait to return. Don’t listen to petty people who like to complain. This was our second time and it was well with the 45 minute trip. “I actually like this place. Reminds me of back home. Cash is preferred. And the price ranges for lunch $7 to 9 dollars. My children love chicken wings with pork fried rice. That was around $8.50. But they give you 4 wings which is what I'm use too compared my local Chinese that give you on 6 pc for $7.80. I did take pictures of their menu because I was always hesitant to buy when I don't see menu on website. I believe they should update their system. We're in 2021?? either way I'm happy my local was close on Monday. Gave me a chance to try new food.“

“The food and service is very good. but the booming bass music coming from the kitchen as I was sitting in the booth is too loud. I don't even know if there is music playing in the restaurant. You can't hear it over the bass. This is at 5:00 pm on a friday“

“This is a smaller eatery with lots of character and great service. I had breakfast and ordered the biscuits with sausage gravy and 2 lightly scrambled eggs, also smothered in the sausage gravy. Ordered, blinked, and my food was served, impressive for a small eatery. Great biscuits and sausage gravy and the eggs were cooked perfect. I also ordered home fries with onions which tasted great and were also cooked to perfection, I loved seeing the onions cooked well as in, some were even burnt, the way they're supposed to be. Stop by if you get a chance, you'll feel right at home.“

“The delivery at that place is really quick. The food is also really good, especially the boneless spare ribs, the chicken broccoli, the chicken wings, and the golden fingers. Not to mention, the customer service is amazing. This is my go to Chinese restaurant.“

“Out of town patron, was headed to a Dominoes when as I walked up I looked over and saw the quaint looking Joe’s Pizza & Wings next to it.

Staff was very courteus, promptly took my order, a steak burger, two cans of coke. Fries were included with the $15.99 burger meal.

They came out and asked if I’d like a pickle, normally I don’t, but for some reason I said yes, and I’m glad that I did. Pickle was good enough to mention lol, guessing that it’s a hamburger dill spear, very good, none of the normal over-powering vinegar taste.

Burger was like 1/2 lbs with sliced/shaved steak on top, cheese, roasted or grilled onions and mushrooms, and red peppers. It was delicious.

Based on the locals I watched, and listened too as they picked up food, it’s a place people frequent. Staff shows a personal touch.“
