“Had an exceptional Chick-fil-A experience in Washington, DC. From the moment I walked in, the service was friendly, efficient, and genuinely customer-first.
What stood out:
Warm Hospitality: The team greeted me with a smile, explained the menu clearly, and made ordering effortless.
Speed and Accuracy: My order was accurate and ready faster than expected, without sacrificing quality.
Food Quality: Chicken was juicy, flavorful, and consistently well-prepared. The waffle fries were perfectly crispy, and the sauce options were on point.
Cleanliness: The dining area was spotless, well-maintained, and comfortable for a quick bite or a longer visit.
Consistency: This location consistently delivers the familiar Chick-fil-A excellence I’ve come to expect—great taste, great service, every time.
Ambience: Bright, welcoming, and family-friendly. It’s easy to see the team takes pride in creating a positive, efficient dining experience.
If you’re in the DC area and craving reliable, delicious fast-casual chicken, this Chick-fil-A location is a standout choice. I left satisfied and impressed with the level of care from the team. Highly recommended!“
“If I could give the service a 10 star I would. As a former Chick-Fil-A employee, I can understand how frustrating a day can be and these workers handled a busy day with no effort. Especially Jahmal he was really professional, and handled my situation with efficiency. My meal was taking longer than usual, but that’s because I ordered a custom meal, and despite being okay with waiting he insisted on reimbursing me for my time, which I appreciated heavily. I am certain with the way I was treated today, anyone else would receive the same!“
“I really like this place. The food is fresh and the potatoes have a unique flavor. I love Polynesian sauce. Everything is very rich.
The service is fast, even if you see a line to take your food in the car it won't take too long waiting, this moves quickly and you can enjoy some good real Nuggets or whatever you want.“
“I just want to make a review because I ordered from the late last night someone picked it up my food was cold I called and the replaced it hassle free and gave me a choice of something else on them. No place is perfect but to fix the mistake and not have to fight with someone to do so is high customer service thanks for y’all great service and it’s very rare for my food not to be fresh so I’m blame it on being almost 10 at closing💜“
“Every morning I stop pass this store for breakfast before heading into work. I’ve been doing it for the last 6-7 months. I normally pick up my order, receiving no words (I.e., good morning, hello, how can I help you) and sometimes the workers have their back to the customers in the pick up location. How it takes two people to open a bag and stuff it with one order is beyond me. But whatever. Today, the associate Bladimir greeted me, gracefully handed me my food & drink, instead of placing it in the counter top nearest them w/o a slide order, and even sent me off with a “thank you, you have a blessed morning”. That was enough to start a day on an awesome note. I totally appreciate him, I feel like my chicken biscuit may taste better. lol“
“The only thing I was a little bit taken aback by was finding a way into the building where Chick-fil-A is located.. It was the 4th of July holiday weekend and not many spots were open. Even Chick-fil-A closed early. I headed over from Georgetown University Hospital. The main doors were locked. Ugh. Anyway, all was well after I made my way into the building! I was happy Chick-fil-A was open, as the grab-and-go, options just weren't cutting it.“
“You have to manage your expectations for Union Station in general. I wish it was more obvious that this location was an express with different menu options. With that said Ms. Debbie is a breath of fresh air. A “Welcome”, “Good Morning” and a smiling face really go a long way and after an early morning hour plus commute in to DC, her warmth is very refreshing and appreciated. She also made sure everything was running smoothly behind her and in the kitchen all while being on a register.“
“Did some errands and stopped to eat something to eat. When we walked in there was no one in line but people waiting on their food. Got in line to order and there was a trainee who took out order and he was very good. Then it started to get busy and a long line started to form. Ky took charge and communicated very well with her team. She did all with a calm demeanor and a smile on her face. When it came time to get get our food my husband accidentally knocked over his drink. Ky came to our rescue. Assured us that everything was fine and made sure we were OK. My husband felt really bad about spilling his drink that he offered to clean up but Ky reassured him and told him it was OK. Even though it got busy that kind smile never left her face.“
“Hello there, hope this helps in the future. I noticed the Drive-thru line was building up so with breakfast time nearly ending I parked my truck to walk up and order. There wasn’t many people in line, it took over 10 minutes for the FOUR things I ordered, my drink came out mostly immediate so I was fine waiting. The only problem I had with the “wait” is that everything felt catered to the “Pick-up” orders, as they came & went. I am glad I got to enjoy breakfast, just thought this Maryland Ave location would be better with the service of all customers not some.“
“The food is exactly as you'd expect from the other locations, the traffic flow pattern isn't great though, especially for pickup orders.
I don't really have a great proposal to fix the flow other than redesigning the space altogether.
Overall the staff is friendly, and it's a relatively quick place to grab a bite.“
