“Good place to get a quick bite to eat before going to see a show at Capital One. Be aware that table space inside is limited, so you may have to wait to sit down or find somewhere else to take your food. This location is heavily oriented to takeout/Doordash. That being said there are some places to sit and they have restrooms available inside.“

“I totally recommend having a kids Birthday party or a small gathering here it’s very affordable compared to event spaces prices these days. Everything was setup and ready the food was good and the guest was impressed!!! 10/10 the service was amazing I recommend Shay as ur host she helped me from Start to finish!“

“Great chick fil a! Curbside took a little longer than expected, but they were very informative of why and even made up for it with a complimentary meal card. The inside is also a unique layout that I really enjoy. The food was fresh and amazing. Thank you guys!

“so yummy and the service is great my only complaint is that there needs to be more places to sit but restaurant is small and they also have a standing area where people can eat when the tables are full, you do have to pay a couple cents if you want a cup of ice“

“You have to manage your expectations for Union Station in general. I wish it was more obvious that this location was an express with different menu options. With that said Ms. Debbie is a breath of fresh air. A “Welcome”, “Good Morning” and a smiling face really go a long way and after an early morning hour plus commute in to DC, her warmth is very refreshing and appreciated. She also made sure everything was running smoothly behind her and in the kitchen all while being on a register.“

“I really like this place. The food is fresh and the potatoes have a unique flavor. I love Polynesian sauce. Everything is very rich.
The service is fast, even if you see a line to take your food in the car it won't take too long waiting, this moves quickly and you can enjoy some good real Nuggets or whatever you want.“

“I just want to make a review because I ordered from the late last night someone picked it up my food was cold I called and the replaced it hassle free and gave me a choice of something else on them. No place is perfect but to fix the mistake and not have to fight with someone to do so is high customer service thanks for y’all great service and it’s very rare for my food not to be fresh so I’m blame it on being almost 10 at closing💜“

“Every morning I stop pass this store for breakfast before heading into work. I’ve been doing it for the last 6-7 months. I normally pick up my order, receiving no words (I.e., good morning, hello, how can I help you) and sometimes the workers have their back to the customers in the pick up location. How it takes two people to open a bag and stuff it with one order is beyond me. But whatever. Today, the associate Bladimir greeted me, gracefully handed me my food & drink, instead of placing it in the counter top nearest them w/o a slide order, and even sent me off with a “thank you, you have a blessed morning”. That was enough to start a day on an awesome note. I totally appreciate him, I feel like my chicken biscuit may taste better. lol“

“Update:have come here a few times in the last two months and have gotten something wrong every time. Completely lost our mobile order today. As someone with a gluten allergy, it stinks when I can’t count on things always being exactly what I ordered. Might extend the hiatus a little longer.

They always have really nice people working, always get our order right and help to keep things moving pretty quickly. They’re gluten-free options for breakfast are great, because I also like to get it without me so the breakfast bowl with eggs and hashbrowns is amazing. My partner loves the regular breakfast wrap for non-gluten free folks.“

“I used to avoid this location due to past experiences, but Ruth completely changed that. Her professionalism, sense of urgency, and genuine willingness to assist made a noticeable difference. The entire operation runs more smoothly and efficiently when she’s on shift, compared to days when she isn’t… things tend to move much slower without her. If she isn’t already a manager, she absolutely should be. As a company executive who deeply values excellent customer service, I can confidently say Ruth is doing an outstanding job and deserves recognition for it.“
