Why. WHY?! Why do you ALWAYS forget ingredients?! I'm waiting for the time, and perhaps I'm playing fool for waiting, when Chopt includes all of my ingredients - or when something is not wrong. I want the toasted almonds i paid for, but you forgot to add - and at the least busiest part of the day. Seriously. It's getting egregiously careless. For many reasons this is no longer the thriving lunch staple that it once was. Dedicating one of the two stations for to-go orders during the height of the lunch rush is a huge misstep. The language barrier also makes getting through the line quickly a challenge. Not to mention the frequent price increases. In February, my salad was $12.75. By March it was $13.19. It went up again in September to $13.85 and then again in October to $14.72.

Popped into the Chopt Salad location near the White House. Had a late lunch, was able to find a healthy alternative to hamburger and fries. Staff was friendly and courteous. Helped me to select the right ingredients for my salad. Meal was alittle pricey, but totally worth it. Fresh, clean salad, and compostable containers for earth friendly planet.
