I stumbled upon The Conservatory with little knowledge of its ties to Gravitas, which is in a building that was once a tomato packing warehouse , but I'm glad I did. This Michelin-starred establishment truly lives up to its reputation. Our bartender, Mike, was exceptional. After sharing our preferences, we trusted him to craft a cocktail, and he surpassed all expectations. Following his recommendation, I indulged in the chorizo-crusted scallops, which were simply exquisite--light, flavorful, buttery, and flawless. We concluded our meal with an Italian digestive, capping off an unforgettable experience. The ambience is very sophisticated.

Vine a celebrar mi cumpleaños y me la pasé muy bien. El ambiente fue bastante agradable, aunque la comida me quedo a deber un poco en cuestión de sabor y presentación. No fue mala en lo absoluto, pero creo que mi expectativa era mayor para mi tercer restaurante Michelin.
