Makers of some of the best rum I've ever had. Signing up for the tour/tasting is a surprisingly great bang-for-your-buck since you get plenty of mini-shots, a free ~$15 cocktail, and 20% off any purchased bottles (which you should do). Great activity to do with friends/a date.
A cute little run distillery with yummy cocktails! The Cola Cubano has a twist on the classic cubano that works so well. I’d also recommend the Coconotion—their play on a pina colada. We did their tasting and they provided us with a couple speciality rums they had available. A good history lesson about the company and rum in general. Definitely a place to hit up in Union Market.
