Vengo spesso da voi per il pranzo con i colleghi e uso i buoni pasto Coverflex, sapete se li accettate? Non vi trovo sull’app e sarebbe comodo poterli usare qui.
Food was tasty and service was good. The tip was factored into the bill so there was no trying to figure out what the tip was supposed to be. A HUGE issue for us however was the noise level. We couldn’t hear our waitress, we couldn’t hear each other and ended up with a miscommunication that resulted in one of our party not getting what they believed they had ordered.
Psychotic pricing for a single salad pizza and wine.
For dinner and it was 20% gratuity (this is not a gratuity just an additional charge to keep up with rising operating costs and employee benefits) lol.
I’m pretty sure it’s illegal to subsidize costs for the whole staff, tips should go to servers and operating costs are the owner/investor/bankers problem.
Build the costs into the menu so the customer can decide if it is in their budget for not.

Etto is a restaurant that offers a great selection of Amaro, wine, and changing menus. The salads and pizza are standouts, with options like a celery salad and a sausage and green tomato pizza that are particularly delightful. The meatballs, made with lamb, pine nut, and currant, are also popular, although some visitors may not detect all the listed ingredients. The service is attentive, and the staff is helpful and professional. Freshly sliced prosciutto and melon may be served to those sitting at the bar. While the pizza style is not strictly Neapolitan, it is highly regarded by pizza enthusiasts. Customers enjoy the Italian appetizer/small bites, such as anchovy with parsley and egg, eggplant bruschetta, and burrata, which add to the overall experience. The pizza from the wood-burning oven is especially praised for its quality and flavor. The restaurant is small and lively, sometimes a bit loud, but the staff, including the hostess and waiters, are very friendly. Service is surprisingly fast even on busy nights, and tables are not hard to get. Overall, Etto is a worthy dining destination with a friendly atmosphere and delicious food.
