Let me just start with the 20% surplus they add to your tab that it’s not even optional, and it’s not going towards the gratuity. Food was OK, pizza had the potential to be very good but ended up being soggy. Meatballs were deli but nothing out of this world. Wouldn’t go back.
First time stopping here for dinner. Arrived right at 5pm and there were plenty of bar and table seats available (they don't take reservations). The restaurant filled up quickly by 6pm.Bar tender was helpful and took great care of those sitting in the bar area. For happy hour, they have a few cocktails and some bar bites. This place was one of the best I visited in DC. The service was on point, the staff were all helpful and professional. I sat at the bar and was treated to freshly sliced prosciutto and melon, followed by amazing pizza. I'm somewhat of a pizza snob and this place hit the spot. Hit up Ettos and you'll be happy you did.
