Great food, friendly cozy atmosphere, reasonable prices.it was my first visit to Iron Age Columbia Heights. My daughter recommended this restaurant to celebrate her birthday.It was good decision and overall, it was a positive experience. I would recommend this place for sure! 😎
I eat at Iron Age every time I pass through DC. It is an awesome experience with great food. The price is also very good at $30 for 90 minutes. I just can't order the shrimp because it is whole shrimp with eyes and all.
Very disappointed service today ! The person was helping us didn’t seem that friendly, he didn’t changed the trays at the table so we were grilling with the same one very burnt and then with all the pieces of meet stuck there the fire was so bad and we have to ask him to take care of it , then he just randomly brought the check and turned off the grill , I asked him why he said was 60 MINUTES and I was shocked we were there 50 min and he said we have 10 left he literally was...read full review

The food is really good, and staff check on guests frequently. However, some note that sides were not all available, and guests have to ask for them, unlike at other Iron Age locations. The pricing is considered a bit overpriced if the full menu is not offered. The same all-you-can-eat rules apply: a certain amount of time to eat, no to-go boxes for dining in, and extra charges for unfinished food. This method eliminates food waste. The atmosphere is welcoming, and service is a highlight. One server is truly wonderful, always eager to help with a genuine smile and a positive attitude, attentive and hardworking. Another server is attentive without hovering, anticipates needs, and provides thoughtful guidance on sake and soju options. A foodie enjoyed having a server who is also a foodie. Best value for all you can eat KBBQ.
