I have to say that I was extremely pleased with the food from Trini Vybez! I stumbled upon them while at an art show in D.C.
The truck caught my attention, but I was slightly nervous, because I hardly eat Caribbean food outside of my city (Brooklyn) because many water down the quality.
The food did not lack flavor at all, and it was really authentic! I had to go back to the truck to reassure the chef that the food was on point.

Trini Vybez has is an absolute must-try! Whether you’re planning an intimate date or a fun night out with friends, this spot is perfect. I went on a Sunday night and was surprised by how quiet it was—honestly, it caught me off guard. But once I had the food, I couldn’t understand why this restaurant wasn’t packed to capacity!
