This place is a little run down that's the only critique. Someone should paint and do the floors to give a better impression to the community. The bread is great, they have the polvorones with three flavors chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry. This is my favorite. This is a gem! Authentic Mexican. My family and I fought over who would get what as we ordered a slew of dishes to include tacos (carnitas, steak, Al pastor), tamale, torta, quesadilla, and chicken nachos. The clear winners for our family were the Al pastor taco and tamale HOWEVERRRRR, every single taco was amazing, the torta was delicious, and the nachos were also tasty. I’ve been admittedly nervous about trying Mexican food on the East coast, but Mi Casita was stunning. The tacos are great, the prices are good, the workers are kind. I didn’t get to try their baked goods but they looked delicious too.
