La Colombe has been one of my favorite coffee shops ever since I was introduced to it in Philadelphia. Every time I visit, the coffee is consistently excellent.
This Washington, DC location was no exception. The apple Danish was fresh, flaky, and absolutely delicious, pairing perfectly with the coffee. The shop has a nice atmosphere, and the service was great as well.
