Ordering can be slow due to a single employee handling everything. The food quality is surprising, with the fried chicken sandwich on a cheddar biscuit being a highlight. However, the undercooked chicken wings were a letdown. While the donuts are not made to order like at another location, the staff is polite and accommodating. The lack of equipment to heat the donuts was disappointing, but overall, Astro Beer Hall provides a decent dining experience with room for improvement.
