The very best experiences I have had at Mezeh were dining at the now closed Crystal City location in Arlington, VA prior to the pandemic. When prepared properly the food from this franchise is amazing. Unfortunately, if your team don't understand customer service the great vision of your business will suffer. Nice atmosphere, fresh veggies and food. Proteins were cold I wish they were at least warm. Falafels extremely dry, lamb balls extremely dry and again cold. The hummus was also a dry paste. The worst part was the attendant. Had no interest in tending customers, I literally had the same experience with her like at a self checkout register. Finally a delivery order I could be excited about. Food is excellent, very fresh and flavorful. The portion was great with a side of extra chicken in the bag (very unexpected). The sauces are addictive and the delivery was very quick! The price was reasonable. I'm impressed and will order again!
