Pasha Castle is a quiet and clean shop in the Eastern Market / Capitol Hill area, less than two blocks from the Eastern Market metro stop. The friendly staff offer many ice cream flavors; a small cup costs $7-something and gets three scoops, you can pick pistachio, ashta, rosewater or other flavors. Turkish delight, baklava, kake and sweet or savory crepes are also available. Prices are good, with a small box of Turkish delight for $7-something and six pieces of Middle Eastern sweets for $20. The seating area is larger than it looks, super cute, with nice music and lovely interior. It is a perfect place to stop for a sweet treat and enjoy dessert.
