“I ordered Bread & Chocolate from out of state to be delivered to my sister as a surprise on her birthday. I messaged after hours inquiring if a little note could be written along with her surprise breakfast, not only did they respond immediately, but they had a sweet heart felt card. Thank you guys so much for going above and beyond. You really made her birthday special and SO YUMMY she said. I’ll have to stop in next visit! Thank you thank you!!“
“I moved to the area in March 2023. When I discovered this place, I was thrilled. It reminds me of being back in Brooklyn, NY. It is such a cute neighborhood shop with great coffee, gourmet sandwiches, baked goods, other provisions, etc...I am in love with their tuna salad!! I love how they know me when I walk in...great customer service!“
““You didn’t get hot chocolate,” said my friend who suggested we meet at this Georgetown cafe with chocolate in its name. Rookie mistake. Despite the blunder, my chai tea was excellent- smooth and creamy. To make up for the loss, I got a chocolate croissant. The chocolate is warm, dark, and very rich. The space itself has many places to sit, but no WiFi intentionally. If you go, unplug and connect with a book or friend.“

“Whenever I go to Georgetown I stop by to eat the sugar-free Redvelvet! A delight. The attendants are always very polite and prepared to clarify doubts and suggest options. Today we were surprised by the gift of a private label chocolate. WONDERFUL! Try it without fear.“
“Really cute vibes, decent coffee, but super slow service and the sausage egg sandwich I got was mid at best. Went on a Sunday at noon and had no issues getting a table which is great, but was really disappointed to have to wait 30 mins for a mediocre sandwich. Also the menu is super limited and pastry items run out fast. Will try the kimchi sandwich next time.“
