From start til finish MsNaNa was "fast, accurate and showed LEADERSHIP! I have been in CUSTOMER SERVICE over 45 years and I was extremely impressed and amazed with how quick and accurate Ms NaNa completed my order! “i was walking my half bred tiger-mammoth pet around the hallways. I then leave it outside cause i had to take megadoodoo. after 20 minutes in the bathroom, I go outside to see that my pet was missing. I thought nothing of it and went to popeyes because I felt empty without the warm touch of my p*** in my colon. I got a family sized meal. While I was eating, i noticed my pets collar in my food. I was too hungry to care, so i ate the collar too.“
“Great group of people with a positive atmosphere. They worked together to ensure people did not wait long for their food and tried to ensure orders were correct and the food fresh. Not onky was my order correct, it was piping hot. The manager treated everyone with kindness and respect; not only the customers, but her employees too.“

“The service is very slow. Sometimes they will give senior discounts and sometimes they don't.This is an update from my previous experience at this Popeyes.The place stays dirty. The floor, counter top has soda on it most of the time. They sell old and fresh chicken together.For this to be a fairly new place it sure is terrible!“

“I love this place, it is very nice, the food is very delicious, good prices, there are always specials, they are very friendly to the people, very clean and I love it, there is a lot of parking, I love it, I really recommend it.

“I used to work around here so you know the crowd can be a lil sus throughout the day. Parking can be tight w the metro garage and street parking available. I placed an order recently for pick up and the food came out perfectly. Staff was friendly and the location was really clean. No seating inside and there is a thick fiber glass was between customers and the employees.“
“The food here is delicious. Their fried chicken is great — always hot and juicy with good-sized portions. The red beans and rice is amazing. Their fries are usually good too — though you can sometimes get a soggy batch.You can complain that they don’t clean the floors enough or that the people behind the counter are over-worked. Both probably true — but it’s a Popeyes in Adams Morgan, not Chez Paris.“
“This is one of my favorite locations in DC. I like the customer service, food and the drive thru is a major plus.
I also like that you have the option to go inside to place your orders and ample free street parking.
