My food was delicious. My back was hurting real bad and the female cashier brought my strawberry milkshake over to me at the table. Awesome customer service.
Twan and his team are great! Fast service and good sandwiches ☺️
I read the comments and was skeptical to visit this location. I am very happy to say that my experience was very good and my food and brownie cookie was very good.
I actually mentioned the reviews to someone on the register and the person I talked to was very professional and understanding in his response.
I will revisit this location based on my experience and the quality of my food.

Potbelly is a popular sandwich spot that offers a satisfying dining experience. Despite some initial skepticism, reviewers found the food, including the brownie cookie, to be of excellent quality. The staff was professional and understanding, addressing any concerns raised. The restaurant maintains a clean and well-stocked environment, although the lunch rush can be challenging due to its location on a college campus. Overall, Potbelly is a reliable choice for those seeking delicious sandwiches and a pleasant atmosphere.
